what will happend when you lift front end up or jump, skis will rotate around axles, not good for safe landing, they should be attached to springs or something to stop rotation of ski for safety ride
I would have made the front ski longer. or at least put it further back. If it lifts off the ground as it is now it will flip downward and get rammed into the snow when landing. that can probably cause you to crash pretty hard.
Proportions look OK smaller ski in front for less weight to front its ok Mount a distance piece for rear shock or find a longer one for better clearance rear ski
Put an elastic rope from the top of the front ski to the base of the fork, so the ski can not flip over, for more details check the 2 videos at my channel
Rear ski is too in front, it hits your center pivot point..... The front axle is with no bearing, so it is fixed and will eventually get loose or break the bolt. If you lift the bike, or jump with it, front ski flips nose down ending up to dive to snow, same with the rear ski. Bolts holding the skis on their brackets are too weak and badly situated. For heavens sake, don't introduce such designs on youtube and people, DO NOT copy this design as is but fix all the issues. This is clearly done by unskilled people and will eventually be a catastrophe to your health !!

No catastrophe to my or other people's health who used and abused of it, I'm sorry. Using bearings causes severe injuries: when jumping, skis can easily rotate resulting not parallel to the ground or even worse vertical. Using BEARINGS is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.
