He was 48 years young here. God I miss these years. Music and people were so much better. I will always remember watching the Chris Isaak show back when it came out on Showtime in 2001. Those really were great years in my life. Thanks Chris and guys for such amazing music. The world does not see this kind of talent much anymore & I am so glad I have had your music as part of the sound track of my life since 1989.
What a voice..a true GIFT !!! LOove his rock a billy ""Baby did a bad bad thing" my He manages to cover it all so well. Belongs in the Hall of Fame 💖💖💖
Wowee! what could i say? 'Cept love him, ❤heaps, and heaps and awhole lot more. Lo-o-ove to meet him, give him the warmest chrissy hug, that i could give him.xxoo😊🎉❤❤❤❤
Chris's hair always at the same length every time, I wondered if he brought with him a hair dresser who will religiously cut his hair so it wont be too long or too short
I am not a Herschel fan. I know he has been with the band for almost thirty years now but, I just feel like he has no soul in his playing. Sure wish JCW didn’t have drug issues and that Chris treated him better back in the day. (Like acknowledged that his guitar playing created the sound and the vibe that made Silvertone stand out).
I just view the two periods as very different. Honestly I can't fault either guitarist, in actual fact if you listen to Herschel interviewed, he is a beautiful soul. I don't think his real personality comes across on stage much. Totally cool guy and amazing player. However I also adore the sound and guitar work that James Wilsey created. I agree he was fundemental to the early recordings. Outstanding musician and those who knew him admired him immensley. I honestly don't know who could have replaced James? YES his demise and lack of credit was a total injustice. He lives on though in the music and the testimoney.
