Thank you so much for your valuable sharing about networking professionally!! The idea of always networking leave me a question about what type of person that I am. When talking to a person that is in the weak-ties group. If they can't help me in my work, the things of keeping contact, asking for their daily life just make me exhausted as a introvert. How can I have a right concept about that or any "Keywords" that I can learn more about that. I'm an English learner so really sorry if I have any mistakes
Great question! I'm a super introvert, too, so I HEAR you. As a general concept, I'd start with two questions 1) How do you want the conversation to FEEL (usually people say something like they want it to be a casual conversation with a friend)? and 2) What's the conversation you WANT to have? (usually people feel like they have to ask questions or be a certain way which IS exhausting!) @@CarolineAdamsCoaching So the slution is all about what I truly want in a conversation. And I can't wait to tell you that I had a conversation with my former mentors. By discussing about the VALUE and what I can contribute to the value, that's an amazing way to tell about myself. I feel it more natural and meaningful. That's an atmosphere that I always aiming for but don't know the way to get this. Thank you for your valuable knowledge. I'm a big fan of you. Wish you all the best!! You also help me find out the right way to learn English, which is learning English based on my demand
