I like the Templer. I own a Hawk DLX, with just the air box mod and a 16/45 gears 68 is no problem and would go faster. I do like the Cg for the bottom end grunt.
Yeah I'm not really tuning it for top speed, just to make it more street friendly. I went to a 42T rear sprocket and it helped a lot although I liked the OEM Sprocket which was I think 52T. This bike is set up for dirt riding which I really like, it feels very light and responsive, but the down side is it can be kind of twitchy on the road especially with knobbies.
I preferred he Templar X, I liked it's light weight and torque, but it's a lot more of a dirt bike than a street bike. As you could see it's road worthy, but it's a good dirt bike. If I had bought the X first I wouldn't have bought the KPX.
I don't recall having to show them my license to get mine registered. But it's a real good idea to get the training, I really enjoyed it and learned a lot. Just don't do it in the middle of Summer like I did, but even with the heat and sun I enjoyed it.
After listening to other peoples experiences, I made sure MCO stated "MOTORCYCLE". The first one they sent me did not so I requested another and they sent it right out. Then It was just a matter of going to the DMV and getting it registered. I did have to go to two DMV's before I got it done. Florida is a lot easier than some other states I believe.
throttle tends to stick on these bikes if you put it behind the number plate so most people put the throttle cable in front of the plate and have no sticking issues
That thing sounds good and healthy fueling. :)

Hey what’s the air box mod? I’m ordering the dlx soon and want a high speed on it 68 seems good
Nice ride. Which did you like more, the Templar X or the KPX 250?

Wats the top speed
Do you have to have your motorcycle endorsement in Florida to register your bike. Mine comes in tomorrow never got one though

Is this the 6-speed or 5-speed version? They released a 6 not too long ago.
Mine is the six speed.
How did you get the motorcycle registered?

How did you feel the vibrations?
The vibration is not bad at all, it's a little buzzy when it get over 65MPH, but not bad.
@@growell8832 Well, if this bike can go at +65 mph I definitely need one, I usually drive from 55 to 60, more than that is just to pass to someone
@@josesoto-ep2yg That's with a 42T rear sprocket, with OEM gearing it's still good for 65 MPH, but that's about it.
I just got my X, jus wondering why there are cables running free above the headlight fairing? I think all mine tuck into the fairing
