The video used to have over 20 million views years back but got taken down and now reposted. What I love most about this performance is the insane odds of Noel’s storied life. What are the odds a lad from working class Manchester would be a roadie for the inspiral carpets at River Plate stadium in the late 80’s and then twenty years later play to a sell out crowd himself as arguably the greatest singer songwriter in music history? 1 in a billion. Besides the scores of anthems he wrote in oasis not to mention literally a hundred B sides that any band would kill for as a single just look at the music Noel has produced in the HFB’s from 2009 after oasis broke up til today. Noel has been releasing the most incredible music into his mid fifties and way past his prime that no one else in history has equaled: Not McCartney, Lennon, Lynne, Mercury, Townsend, Joel or John. All geniuses in their own right but none have accomplished what the Chief has done. After 30 years of following oasis, I finally got to see Noel in west Palm beach last year. Couldn’t snag a ticket for the oasis reunion tour in England or N America but hey, if it’s meant to be it will be meant to be. Great reaction as always. Love your emotional videos and personal life perspectives.
@@betacall9634 I like oasis but of course he isn’t the greatest. Have you heard of the Beatles lol. Obviously Lennon McCartney or Dylan the best. They’re good but not that good and I was a huge fan as a kid and love Manchester (and lived here for 25 years )
@@thomasmatthews80what I’m saying is no one wrote more anthems than Noel. I grew up on the Beatles. And no one wrote more hit songs 25 years past their prime. It’s no coincidence that not a single band (Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, a million other bands never wrote a meaningful song or album after they turned 40). Most people’s creative genius happens in their late teens and twenties and a little in their thirties. Have you listened to every album Noel has put out since 2009? It’s absolutely insane. His songs stand up to anything he wrote in oasis in 1994-1997. Even Paul McCartney will admit Noel is a freak of nature. So will Jeff Lynne. Also both musical geniuses but their longevity can’t compare. Did the Beatles write more incredible songs in a short 8 years span than anyone in history? Yes. But Paul had John Lennon as a writing partner who wrote and co wrote with him. They also had the greatest music producer in history genius George Martin. Noel had neither writing partner or producer of George Martin’s level. Yet Noel at 56 years old is still cranking out hit after hit. How can that be? It’s impossible? No it’s not. Because I contend Noel Gallagher is singularly the greatest songwriter in music history. By comparison Billy Joel who’s also one of the greatest songwriters in history just finally released one new single after a 30 year hiatus which was written for him. And I’m the biggest Billy Joel fan there is. Noel is on par with McCartney, Lennon, Jeff Lynne and Billy Joel. And he just may be considered better to many cuz his creativity never left him in old age. That’s my point my friend. But just who is the absolute best is subjective.
This is a heartfelt song for me too. When I hear it, I always remember my close friends who are no longer with me. We used to sing this at a pub in San Francisco. It reminds me of the good days long ago, and I miss them very much.

Amazing band and amazing, true reaction. Literally any oasis song is special for its own reasons. Wonderwall or she’s electric is a good place to start.
My band cover this song in local venues in the UK. Guaranteed the audience react in the same way every time. Watching people react to this song as a drummer at the back never gets old.
I love this band. And never seen them live. I bought tickets to see them in Chicago at Soldier Field next year and I am counting the days. It was a birthday present for my girlfriend but it was really a me present, she loves them too but I'd have bought tickets even if I wasn't involved with anyone. We live in St Louis so it's not far and we plan on having a whole Chicago experience and we have a year to plan it, but my goodness I cannot wait. Even buying the cheap seats cost a pretty penny. It'll be worth it.
Noel and his group came back to Argentina a few years later, and when it came to Don’t Look Back In Anger, he let the crowd have the mic from start to finish.
Another song which has massive audience participation is The Foo Fighters / The Best Of You at Wembley Stadium London , its epic and very emotional as the drummer Travis Hawkins has past away RIP
One of the greatest of all time. Major worm hole, and one hell of ride these guys took from rocking out to breaking up and now back on tour again 30 years later and selling out stadiums with in minutes
Hi Aileen 😊 After reading all the comments, and after my comment a couple days ago after enjoying your reaction to this beautiful gift, the UA-cam community clearly express their immense love to you. They know that you enjoy experiences when the audience so enthusiastically sings back the lyrics to a band song... This touches your heart in a most profound way and so the UA-cam community finds videos in order to show you how much they love you. Sure, there are comments for you to listen to the studio version or watch the official video, which both are great; however, the intention of this selection is to show the great love the UA-cam community as for you. Having said all this, I would like to present the meaning the songwriter had of the song to you... Noel Gallagher..."It's about not being upset about the things you might have said or done yesterday, which is quite appropriate at the moment. It’s about looking forward rather than looking back. I hate people who look back on the past or talk about what might have been." As you have always said...art is interpretive. Even the meaning of his explanation can be quite different in a person's life and yet it does have a universal question in mind. In the end, there has to be a moving forward. All the recommendations are great and I look forward to enjoying your reactions and analysis to each of them. Have a great day you and Arya with much love 😊👍💪❤️👑👑 PS As a final thought... Noel Gallagher..."I did it live for the first time at Sheffield Arena. Should people put their lives in the hands of a rock n’ roll band? If it’s us then, yeah, I think they can." ❤️❤️ Much love to you and Arya ❤️❤️
Hi Aileen 😊 There is true love for You on this channel. In coming to know You as UA-camrs do, they impart this beautiful gift to You in gratitude for all the love You give. Have a great day You and Arya with much love 😊👍💪❤️👑👑
I had the privilege of seeing Oasis live at the SECC and Loch Lomond at Balloch Castle live and in my opinion although I wasn’t around when the Beatles were performing they are one of the best bands ever to come out of Britain. These guys were took rave in the 90’s and stuck it in their back pocket and brung back proper Indie music. Alieen you really need to sit and listen to Definitely Maybe album and then listen to the greatest album ever. Wonderwall. Guys ruled and made my generation ❤️🤍💙
Everyone came together for a band they loved and all listened and bought the CD and listened to again and again. They all had a close bond, no smart phone, no spotify, no social media. They all listened and loved it. They listened to it in the pubs with theirs mates on a night out and all bonded. It is different today, not saying its bad it was just different. :)
This video is so good because it's a mix of an impressive song that fits so well in concert with people involved and best crowd ever. My favourite song since I first heard it almost 25 years ago! Always a magical experience, especially standing in the crowd and singing it together with other people, did it a couple of times live. Few months back I asked my fav tattoo artists if she could come up with her interpretation of Sally - a girl who's looking at her life and has no regrets - turned out great ;) since then the song means even more to me :))

@@davidriddick82 Noel writes the good ones. He is singing this one as they haven’t been together in years as they don’t get on (despite the coming tour). Liam is a knob and the band by the ends of the first stint became not great and the concerts and fans notoriously toxic
@@thomasmatthews80 oh I know all about Oasis, saw them 3X in their career and know their history well 😂
@@davidriddick82 cool. Never saw them, despite loving them as a kid and having their posters of knebworth and Loch Lomond on the wall ha. I was born in 1980 so was an ideal age to enjoy them. I was oasis and my brother was blur. Like them both now but back then it was like Beatles vs rolling stones want it ha 😃
Thank you Aileen for sharing .
This Oasis Song is such a beautiful performance.
Keep on Rockin in a free World ❤💪🏿💪🏿
With love from Luxemburg and The Netherlands .🇱🇺🇱🇺
👋🏿
Gets ya don't it...delve deep and enjoy...I've had that feeling most days for 20 years...roll on Dublin next summer x
You lucky bollix!! Enjoy Croke Park, itl be amazing.
Concerning singing crowd: take a look at Robbie Williams „Angel“, live in Knebworth
or Corey Taylor 's live videos for Snuff, or Bother.
I was going to put this as well
Cold Play in São Paulo, Fix You
The video used to have over 20 million views years back but got taken down and now reposted.
Oasis are amazing. Definitely check out their other stuff. Slide Away is another strong tune
Oasis is one of my favourite bands ever... i love seeing people discover them
Great song and I really enjoyed your reaction!
Yes!!! So glad you did this
Champagne supernova (studio version) is my favourite oasis song and definitely one you should check out
So many good memories with oasis.. Thanks for one more. ✌️
Pearl jam Betterman in Argentina 2013 is one of my favorites and recommend watching it.
Your first reaction to Oasis - with 366k subscribers - can't believe it!
Crowd reaction / participation gets to you? Then you need to watch this video - The Killers "Mr. Brightside" AMAZING CROWD - Glasgow 2018 (TRNSMT Festival) It's one of the dopest things I've ever seen.
Yes, we love Argentina and really like Oasis. Aguante Argentina desde Mexico. Los mejores.
The actual album version is pretty damned sweet too
Amazing band and amazing, true reaction. Literally any oasis song is special for its own reasons. Wonderwall or she’s electric is a good place to start.
This was my first time hearing this too. What an amazing audience and I had tears in my eyes too
My band cover this song in local venues in the UK.
Next you're going to have to react to one of their songs live in Brazil!!! Great song, great band, look forward to the next reaction to Oasis!!!
Aileen, sending you hugs frrom Manchester England 😊
Noel and his group came back to Argentina a few years later, and when it came to Don’t Look Back In Anger, he let the crowd have the mic from start to finish.
il look that one up. i didnt know. its amazing why the argentinian crowds are always number 1
@@BelfastManUtdTherapy Too bad they lowered the crowd's volume so much.
Aww didn't know that. Il have to check it out soon!
@@BelfastManUtdTherapy "Don't Look Back In Anger - Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds Live @ Lollapalooza Argentina 2016"
Another song which has massive audience participation is The Foo Fighters / The Best Of You at Wembley Stadium London , its epic and very emotional as the drummer Travis Hawkins has past away RIP
Can’t wait to hear this live next year at the big reunion.
I hate people who look back on the past or talk about what might have been."
As you have always said...art is interpretive. Even the meaning of his explanation can be quite different in a person's life and yet it does have a universal question in mind. In the end, there has to be a moving forward.
All the recommendations are great and I look forward to enjoying your reactions and analysis to each of them.
Have a great day you and Arya with much love 😊👍💪❤️👑👑
PS As a final thought...
Noel Gallagher..."I did it live for the first time at Sheffield Arena. Should people put their lives in the hands of a rock n’ roll band? If it’s us then, yeah, I think they can."
❤️❤️ Much love to you and Arya ❤️❤️
They Just reunited and going on tour one of the biggest bands ever
Wonderwall.
Guys ruled and made my generation
❤️🤍💙
These are the songs from my teen years what a great era of music
Everyone came together for a band they loved and all listened and bought the CD and listened to again and again. They all had a close bond, no smart phone, no spotify, no social media. They all listened and loved it. They listened to it in the pubs with theirs mates on a night out and all bonded. It is different today, not saying its bad it was just different. :)
How can this not give you the chills?
Its very cute when you and Bisscute cry bcuz of the emotions of a song. Bisscute cried like a baby yesterday morning.
This video is so good because it's a mix of an impressive song that fits so well in concert with people involved and best crowd ever.
There is another good example of this with the song "Morning Glory" in Argentina.
Another interesting songs, "Live Forever" and "Slide Away", live of course.
This is the band of "Wonderwall" i'm sure you heard. I like some reactions guy that said, "yeah, i heard this song because i am human" lol
Hello! I just subscribed because I appreciate your heartfelt reactions. I’m a little late (just watched your Gimme Shelter reaction). 😉If you’d like to check out more Rolling Stones, I’d highly recommend Sympathy For the Devil and You Can’t Always Get What You Want.
This song always makes me cry. Every. Damn. Time.
Ive loved this band since i was 10. Im 40 soon. Im finally getting to see them live next year
This concert was in my country Argentina, we love singing along with artists/bands, we are very passionate about football and music among a long list of things, it's a Great song, and I love your reactions!
you guys are amazing as fans. in 2010 messi said carlos tevez introduced him to oasis music, and messi sai they were incredible and his favourite band. messi is the greatest talent of any discipline of all time!!
The Adidas badge on his guitar is Super Cool x 🏴
Going to see Oasis in LA next year, will probably cry the entire time 😭
Go on Aileen!
Oasis "Wonderwall"
probably their worst song lol
Oasis will pop in 100 years 🇬🇧
Headshrinker, eyeball tickler, fade in out, bring it on down, masterplan, round our way, columbia, those few will get you started, also do the live versions if you can as they are awesome live!
Either this or Champagne Supernova is their best song. This is a great performance by them. Argentinian crowds are wild. If I had younger knees and back I'd go just to see a concert there
Great reaction to a great song!🏴 X
My recommendations: Whatever, Live Forever, Wonderwall, Some might say, Stop crying your heart out.
Champagne super nova is a must. Oasis all day everyday.
❤ california ed ❤ just love your facial expressions just love it ❤ your a happy woman ❤
Their song live forever, Is supposed to be a happy song but it quite literally makes me cry every time I hear it.
Now that you are into live performances, maybe you can check Pearl Jam "Better Man (Live from Madison Square Garden)", I love it from start to finish...Big hug from Venezuela!
That is the tip of the iceberg. Check out the genre of my youth called "Madchester." Oasis was a part of it. Great times!
Live Forever, Some Might Say, Supersonic, Rock and Roll start, Acquiesce would all be good songs to react to. Also to note, the main members of the band are the two brothers, Noel (who sang this song and plays guitar) and Liam Gallagher (lead vocalist, tambourine, maracas), who isn't shown in this video.
For live concert runrig doing Loch lomond, any gerry cinnamon in Glasgow, proclaimers sunshine on Leith or the hibs fans singing the same song, after winning the cup
Don't look back in anger has always been my favorite Oasis song. Until I saw this live version. This version makes the song even greater than it originally was
Oasis are incredible! One of the best of all time. Aileen, please can you review a Sky full of Stars by Coldplay live at river plate? The Argentinian fans are electric 🎉
One of the first bands I saw live try champagne supernova next
Such a great reaction! For the next one do a song where his brother Liam is the singer, Wonderwall or Champagne Supernova would be great!
Dig deeper into Oasis catalogue 👍🏻
For someone whose public persona at least, is so cocky and confrontational the happiness and even humility on Noels face as that crowd sing for him is amazing. If I've had more than three sips of beer, I tear up too watching this video
@@davehunt5847 he doesn’t really have that persona. Liam does
