so someone feels like this video is a copyright infringement, I disputed and yet they sided with the other party. so now the other party gets to make money off of my video. this makes no sense

Harlem Shake? Interesting. During my time, everybody danced down there at sail away party but no harlem shake. Ironically, I stood in the similar place where you stood to watch down the sail away party.
