It's beautiful 🎉🎉🎉 The developments are lit and well thought out 💯 THE ONLY DISTURBING TREND IN KENYA IS HOW WE ARE TURNING ALL THE AVAILABLE ARABLE LANDS INTO CONCRETE JUNGLES FOR MONEY OR WHATEVER PURPOSES YET WE ARE BUSY IMPORTING FOOD 😭😭😭
Today i woke up in the morning started watching Konza city vlogs then now Tatu City. Not forgetting i watched for Julius Mwale city yesterday. All i can say, with good governance and leadership, Kenyans have the world class potential. We got the skills the knowledge and ability. We need to do something on corruption then we can be somewhere. We as well need to reclaim the northern and eastern arid areas and make them arable. The Kenya i want. Na pesa ni mzuri majamaa wacha niitafute
great job Dolphin! Greetings from and Tatu city could blend in for a California City . Nice and I like the single family homes and the green space . Kijani Ridge is in my radar and those 1 acre plots by that amazing dam! tembea kenya !
Watching from Denmark but also live part time in Kenya. Happy about the changes happening in Kenya right now. Happy about the fight on corruption. But now there will be less corruption money around to afford a property in Tatu City 😅
Beautiful, but hizo streets wangezipatia majina from the Word go, like here in Europe e.g kipanga street, plot nos. 23 to 30 on a street post/board. Every turn should have it's own name and plot numbers. Otherwise how do you know which side to drive to get where your home is ? 😮
Tatu City is a 5,000 acres special economic zone located 20 kilometres North of Nairobi Central Business District in the Ruiru Municipality area of Kiambu County. It sits within the greater Nairobi Metropolitan region and is a flagship project of the Kenya Vision 2030 blueprint
@@TiredKenyan our government doesn't have to be the one to redesign them, and our government has no such jurisdiction in other African countries where unaweza sema things like, 'That’s the job of the government of Kenya.'
The only negative element as you visit this place is about the security personnel. They are waiting for you to make the tiniest mistake so they can impose a fine. I believe they are out to collect money or may be they have targets or something similar.
I have been there. Driving is strictly 30kph from the gate. So much security may be a good thing but also it may look like an asylum center or human zoo.
Can't compare with conza conza is much better with roads plan sewerage area conza is mordan we only asking adana to go and build anew Airport there as soon as possible
No they don't allow skyscrapers, okay they build according to how it is planned and they don't allow people just to build the way the want." A limiting condition or measure, especially a legal one."
I still think its wrong destroying such arable land for homes..here in America that's probably unheard of..the agricultural land is left for agriculture..im 200% we will regret this in the future..great homes though ..
That's exactly my thoughts. We will soon import all our food from Uganda and Tanzania. There are places people can build like Eastern province. I have seen nice homes in Machakos.
Kenya is a multi ethnic country, with communities living in their ancestral homes. The idea to build cities in arid areas will be an advantage to some communities leaving others bitter. Even worse, the idea to depopulate the farmlands so that they can be strictly left for farming is even worse because some communities will feel as if their being colonized. You make a good point but it's not an easy challenge to tackle
@user-qo1jn4ke1u The idea of developing arid areas makes more sense. I think it's about time we have developments in such areas such as Konza. Turning green and fertile lands into concrete jungles is losing sight. It's the rich doing what they know best. I am certain those buying those properties are foreigners and politicians. How many Kenyans have 40 million for land and another 40 million to build a mansion. Besides, Nairobi can be expanded on the Southern or Western side.
But we have many other places for that Nakuru,Nyandarua, muranga ,nyeri, embu,Naivasha,Eldoret, kitale, kericho, bomet, tharaka nithi, Meru,nanyuki..I think 5000 acres cannot cause that much damage... plus it will add to the economy and create many jobs..we always have to sacrifice a little for the better of the country
The only negative I see is the destruction of arable land that should be for agriculture..we will regret this things in the future..most of kamba ,kajiado,North eastern is empty and dry 🤷♂️..
Sooner or later, hiyo shamba ingejaa uncontrolled developments. It's good that imechukuliwa na watu wanaimaintain vizuri with controlled developments. Na kumbuka kuna industrial area so productivity bado iko.
@@donnajoe4442what have you done with the tiniest shamba you got before you start complaining on this project. Change is inevitable. Why not talk of reclaimimg the semi arids and arid places and put them ìnto full use just like israel beforr u start lamenting??
@@eduvanquizdevonshire4595 You seem not to understand my point. I have no problem with the project, just the agricultural land going to waste. Infact I love that Konza is making strides. Tatu city would be a great project for dry areas as well. There's plenty of that at the east and south of Nairobi.
Good job....Mrembo..hii 254..,Tafuta pesa ndio uiishi maisha mzuri bana..hii last part ya river...hapo sawa...
I think they should plant more trees given that they are getting rid of all that greenery. Tatu city looks great.

Nice place especially the residential area,,,, the house structure looks similar to those of Nigerian people 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
nigerian houses are a bit gaudy for most kenyan tastes. not all.
