This is not the Obscura I know and love...
...In some ways, this is better.
Definitely sounds different from most of their later albums. Definitely bad AF 🎸🔥🥁
Reminds me so much of Death.
Thought of Leprosy - Spiritual Healing Era when I heard this.
Lord Beardicus and Human album
This is the progiest old school death I've ever heard, so cool, even tho I really like the way they have progressed it would've been cool if they stayed in this style
Been drunk and listening to Ozzy type stuff for decades then sobered up to these dudes and Archspire ,blowing my fckng mind ...HF! Sooo brutal...HS.
That part right before the violin solo was the most hardcore riff ive ever heard. Just imagine the pit
cello solo*
This song is the best, kind of brings bolt thrower to mind.
Those riffs...THOSE FUCKING RIFFS..
Full support from Venezuela , Obscura rules , one of the best death metal band i hear
This first lbum just has a different sound and atmosphere that the last two albums have. Then it's a matter of tastes, i really like the last 2 albums, but Retribution has some great sounding too, one of my top favorite songs from Obscura is Sentiment for example.
Sentiment is soooooo good.
humankind and none shall be spared are my favorites along with this song and sentiment
I love when music has a sense of merging with other music like the classical music and can still be a bad ass band
Amazing fuckin band
Absolutely the best song they made
That is so thrashy it so cool I like it alot
Just found these guys! Glad I did! \m/ Metal \m/
beastly
Dio cristo che mina
🧬
why did this song just get posted, this is the shit off the first album before the great musicians joined. But I'm not saying its bad, i really enjoy there first album.
@ChuckSchuldinerRIP0 It was an assumption, I was buzzed.
savagery
i love all of their ablums. but i hate that it took me so long to actually listen to the ablum :/
Chuck Schuldiner
@Intelligentia100 Well your opinion is then very biased as to how "br00tal" something is - irrelevant.
