The other week at my local car boot . A Lady had a pram stolen that she sold to a buyer for £50 who left it with her to collect later on . Nice sales and pick ups 👍🏻
Just a quick question why don’t the people selling items for so cheap just list it themselves on ebay or vinted? I’m very new to this so can someone educate me?
I always think the same, must be stupid people. however, many of sellers are now wary of these Ebay resellers. far tooooo many about first thing getting in the way wanting everything for nothing then go and list it for the right money.. up north the competition is mad. seen people fighting over a £5 pound hoover as they want to pay their rent off the profit. I get business is Business but blimey .......
@@petersutherland2075i mean the effort to drive all the way down and load up the van/car and setup the sale. Surely it would be easier to post a few pictures online and sell it? And you can just send it off?

Risky as the nearest plug socket is bk in his office......Yes the effort is sometimes not worth it. I resell from my local recycling centre so its almost all for good causes. Like I said the competition is getting high out there!
Some folk, including me, can't be arsed with the ebay picky buyers or ebay scammers; esp when ebay sides with the scam buyer every time. Boot sales are sold as seen, cash in hand. Quick & easy.

I do think recording all those people is a little intrusive & it’s a kind of bragging about the profit margin that in the end kills off the trade. Wouldn’t it be better to trade discreetly or am i missing the point of these vids?
