Honestly she just looks like she’s tired, she’s a mom that’s normal. She also mentioned Kaden was asleep so she’s talking with a lower tone to not wake him. I battle with Anxiety as well Meg, maintaining a positive mindset is definitely hard but it helps that you have such supportive people in your life. Hoping all those life changes are all for the better like you said it should be ❤️

Being a SAHM is not all sunshine and rainbows, I’m struggling, never-ending dishes, laundry, thinking of what to cook, I feel like I’m stuck half the time... at this point I think the only way to keep the house clean would be to keep the dog, partner & baby out of the house 😆 but I do agree on the mindset thing! It’s so hard to get out of the rut sometimes though 😔

I had never ending dishes also but I did a declutter and now it’s so much easier to wash and put away it saves time.

I always find it so interesting how she spends so much time washing dishes just to put them in the dishwasher? Doesn’t this defeat the out purpose?🤔 Am I the only one who just washes the dishes off with water and sticks them in the dishwasher?
I think she just puts them in there to dry. I wash my dishes by hand then put them in the dishwasher so they do not sit on the counter drying.

Ew. Dish washers don’t clean and sanitize your dishes like they should. I choose to hand wash BUT to each their own 🤌🏼
@@cushrave then I recommend you get a new dishwasher. Dishwashers are more hygienic and sanitize better than hand washing.

Girlfriend have you had your cortisol levels checked? I had mine checked this year and they were elevated and I know it can lead to anxiety, high blood pressure etc. meditation has helped me so much. But I just feel like I ABSOLUTELY relate so many times watching your videos when you talk about anxiety. 🤍✨

Yes! The never ending dishes 😂, I’ll have an empty sink for like an hour. I’ve tried washing them as they get dirty but that only lasts a short time 😝.I have two kiddos and can’t ever keep up with the dishes.
