As someone whose 2 years older than Lucy, I can absolutely relate to this routine. I'm at a point in life where I just want to cover my dark circles and I don't even do that all the time. I'm fine with letting skin be skin. Some days all I do is make my brows even, wear eyeliner and mascara. She did the perfect makeup look, the one where people don't think you're wearing any because it enhances what you have instead of changing you.
She definitely has a slight filter on, notice the edges of her face and how blurred it looks. But it's definitely less of a filter than most people use which is commendable!
I will never understand how people can have their hair in their face while doing their make up or skincare. It would drive me nuts especially bc my front hair would get oily.
It’s so great she lets her natural skin show! I wish all these young girls would put down the thick foundations and heavy contour. Healthy, beautiful skin is always best!
funny you say that because there was an episode of Pretty Little Liars where the girls were dressed for prom that hinted to disney and she looked like Snow White (even her hair was short). it was season 6, episode 9. the other characters - hannah looked like rapunzel, spencer looked like ariel and emily looked like maleficent.
I actually really like Lucy and I relate to her as we are the same age. That said, I am a licensed medical esthetician. And there is a lot wrong in her steps for skin prep before makeup. Please, please...everyone wathcing these videos as fans of the featured celeb - but are not beauty industry pros - take everything with a grain of salt. That in
@@iceunellelmfao, I just rewatched the video and honestly I have no idea what I was talking about bahaha. Lucy's was like the 15th one of these routines I'd watched that night and I'm pretty sure I got confused, cause yeah she didn't do anything wrong lol. Only thing I'd switch is putting the eye cream on before the moisturizer or skip it entirely
My theory is that the more stuff you put on your under eye area, the darker that skin becomes because that area is very thin and putting foundation, corrector and concealer just doesn’t let it breath. The result, damaged/darker skin.
“I think in this age with filters, we forgot what skin looks like. Skin has flaws wether it has pores and you know.” One moment later: “l love concealer more than any other product. Because as I get older, my dark circles become darker.”
She already didn’t need that much product on her skin cause it looked flawless anyway I mean other than sunscreen and that tint her skin is good to go and she says she likes looking natural but putting too much product and still looking almost the same doesn’t make sense
Lucy looks great. But it's such a cringe for me to see people doing stuff like skincare or cooking with RINGS on their fingers! Bits aff ALL products she put on her face are now under those rings! And don't think for a second if you wash your hands after that with your rings STILL on your fingers you're good. Not only you will NOT wash out those products you will add soap and water. Which means nice moist environment for bacteria to grow! 🤮🤮🤮
Perhaps you want to be different enough to the Beauty Secrets videos but this video is strange becuase she’s sitting in a chair (which is not how people do their skin routine) and she’s not in a bathroom. It’s not relatable at all and just feels awkward. Please rethink direction.
@@innz18 perfect? With that skin LMAO oh i dont know, maybe because having caterpillars for brows are a tad ridiculous? And that is usually what happens when trends go away
@@Qwerty09734 that's real skin for you-even if it's textured and she still looks pretty! And FYI, her eyebrows were always naturally full and bold way before the Cara Delevingne brow trend became a thing. Lucy even said she takes after her grandfather when it comes to her big brows. So blame them on the gene pool🤷🏻♀️

Yes, please do continue this series...
Lucy is so naturally beautiful she doesn't even need to wear makeup!
i love how honest she is, an actual breath of fresh air
I really appreciate you posting.
I LOVE that we can actually see her gorgeous skin! It doesn’t appear to have any filter, that’s real skin. Great video! ❤
...She is gorgeous though. I love her movies.
She definitely has a slight filter on, notice the edges of her face and how blurred it looks. But it's definitely less of a filter than most people use which is commendable!
Wonderful...

I like comment your photo.
I could watch/listen to Lucy talk all day.
I like your quote a lot.
I just rewatched PLL so I am stoked to see her updated make up routine here
I like your video very much.
Love these videos but it’s sooo much more
satisfying when they pull their hair back and it’s not in the way of them getting their makeup done.
How to say, I love you
I will never understand how people can have their hair in their face while doing their make up or skincare. It would drive me nuts especially bc my front hair would get oily.
Lucy Hale still look gorgeous with or without makeup.
I would love to see you continue.
We love seeing our lash curler amongst Lucy’s favorites! 😍
This was fascinating !!!
What specific curler is that?? Cause I have very round eyes as well! PLS ANSWER!!
It’s so great she lets her natural skin show! I wish all these young girls would put down the thick foundations and heavy contour. Healthy, beautiful skin is always best!
Such a pretty natural makeup look! Love it
I love her voice and the way she explains the products! This video definitely should be longer...

How ironic I’m rewatching PLL and this pop up on my UA-cam 😂😂😂
Because Siri is always listening…hehe
She’s beyond stunning
Am i the only one who thinks she looks like snow white...disney should cast her in the role.🙂

That in
Should you go up or down your neck?
What's wrong? It seems like she did toner->moisturizer->sunscreen, which is the proper order right?

Don't we all like any one who likes to keep it real!
Pretty ❤
I fancy Lucy Hale
The way she applies creams to her own face is like she’s applying cream to her enemies’ face😅
you look so beautiful

Can someone please tell her that wasn’t enough spf? 🙈
👍🎉
Anybody else having anxiety over the hair falling over her face during the skincare and makeup? Like please tuck it behind please 😢😢😢
Jup. Not to mention all that jewellery 😅
was searching for that comment 😅
Yes omg
👍
Why don't you take off the ring?
I liked her pale skin and dark hair way more
She has so many brows naturally....so she doesn't need much help there.
First I think!
Why does every celeb put skincare on whilst wearing jewellery, this stresses me out 🤌🏼
get rid of that hair and those rings geeeez
The reason you are addicted to lip balm is because blistex dries your lips even more after it comes off
Why does it look like she’s looking at all the products for the first time? Lol
I liked her pale skin way better
Just pull your hair back girl!!!
it irks me so much
And total skin care gone waste the way she applied
cheapstick 'hope this is mine' LOL😂
Move you hairrrrrrrrrr was so distracting 😮
and dont forget the botox and filler

Those brows literally look like caterpillars 🤦🏻♂️
I think they’re gorgeous? They’re natural! Also, she’s a Scorpio Moon, those are known for their big eyes and bushy eyebrows.

@@Qwerty09734 why would she think that?😅 She’s perfect! Not to mention, authentic too

Firing whoever thought of this marketing should be the first step to this process. This made the product look so useless.
