I'm guessing the finished built ceiling didn't fit their aesthetics. The rest of the van looks the same as when John Duncan built it. Beautiful!
But as a lady who makes a show out of sharing her wisdom, I find it very odd she didn't just say they bought a converted van and wanted to change the ceiling.
She’s deleted my comments regularly. I used to ask for recipes, or where she got things…crickets. Honesty or interacting with us isn’t part of the deal.
I am 71 years old and soooo loving living vicariously through you. How terrifying and exciting all at the same time. You are both blessed to have each other, two together is far less scary IMO.😊 I have never been to Europe, so with your beautiful and creative videography, I will be enjoying your travels so much. Because she bought the van already converted it was beautiful but wanted viewers to think she is converting it. Research look at the commits people are starting to figure her lies and the was she deceives people. She's fake

I love Scotland. I'm from New Zealand, my ancestors came from Scotland. When I first visited Scotland, it was like coming home. Such a strong feeling that I had lived there before.

I am wondering what was wrong with the ceiling that the builder installed? It looked complete and livable to me. Did you not like it? Can you address Jasmine Cherry’s claims regarding your cookbook recipes being taken (some copied and pasted verbatim) from Pinterest? I’m not accusing you of anything. I’m just asking some questions.

It really is kind of dark when you think about the deception and manipulation especially about the money. Maybe at one time she was the light, spiritual person she presents but it just got away from her. I’m pretty sure it won’t be addressed. Why not give credit where credit is due for an incredible van build that someone else poured their soul into?? When I saw the Rest and Be Thankful I got excited that you might hop over to Islay. My Great Great Grandfather was the keeper at Carraig Fadah lighthouse. On New Year’s Day 1916 he and his son were washed away to sea. My Grandpa, his parents and sisters are all buried there. We have a big family holiday there every year (my mum is one of 7 children) and it is a beautiful island. We always bump into family friends from Glasgow when we’re there. I live in North Wales now. Equally beautiful.

UA-cam would block it, however I am quite convinced that they did not carry out a van conversion themselves, perhaps just reinstalled the ceiling to make it look that way for the cameras. You can still see where the original panels were glued to the ceiling. This is quite misleading to the avid followers of this channel

Tho I think i the Scottish Mountain Rescue folk had been watching they would have been in despair. So many people have to be rescued in the mountains of Scotland each year and it's almost always due to having poor clothing/gear!

This is so crazy! I just watched one of my favorite artists that is from the UK share her van life story. Where she traveled many years during the late 90’s and early 2000 traveling Europe.
