Postscript to my comment below: Morissette is the total package: she dances; can sing in various musical genres (rock; pop; R&B; soul; ballad; motown; disney; broadway; jazz and a bit of country), and she can act too. With all these accomplishments she stays humble and well-grounded. She is also beautiful, funny, witty, smart and people love to be around her because she does not act like a diva. Musically, definitely a chameleon. Her tone, resonance and approach to each and every musical genre change thus she is probably one of the most versatile singers in the world now. And oh yes, she is an actress as well; she appeared in various TV shows/dramas before she became a professional singer. Watch her upcoming movie if you may before the end of the year titled Song of the Fireflies, based on a true story of how the Loboc Children's Choir (of Bohol Philippines) started and became one of the renowned choirs in the world. She plays the music teacher in the movie. Also, besides all these other talents, Morissette plays the piano and the guitar. She is fluent in English as well and is a TV host too. The sky's the limit for this very talented young woman (she's 23 now) and we just hope that Asia's Phoenix continues to rise up to stardom as years go by. Postscript to my comment below: Morissette is the total package: she dances; can sing in various musical genres (rock; pop; R&B; soul; ballad; motown; disney; broadway; jazz and a bit of country), and she can act too. With all these accomplishments she stays humble and well-grounded. She is also beautiful, funny, witty, smart and people love to be around her because she does not act like a diva. Musically, definitely a chameleon. Her tone, resonance and approach to each and every musical genre change thus she is probably one of the most versatile singers in the world now. And oh yes, she is an actress as well; she appeared in various TV shows/dramas before she became a professional singer. Watch her upcoming movie if you may before the end of the year titled Song of the Fireflies, based on a true story of how the Loboc Children's Choir (of Bohol Philippines) started and became one of the renowned choirs in the world. She plays the music teacher in the movie. Also, besides all these other talents, Morissette plays the piano and the guitar. She is fluent in English as well and is a TV host too. The sky's the limit for this very talented young woman (she's 23 now) and we just hope that Asia's Phoenix continues to rise up to stardom as years go by.
