    A. Ingredients :-
    Bread flour: 400g
    Sugar: 18g
    Salt: 4g
    Instant yeast: 4g + 10ml water
    Ice water: 250ml (use ice water in summer)
    B. Instructions :-
    Mixing the Dough:
    Combine the bread flour, sugar, salt, and ice water in a stand mixer. Mix until well combined.
    Activate the Yeast:
    Dissolve the instant yeast in 10ml of water.
    Incorporate Yeast:
    1. Add the yeast mixture to the dough and continue mixing until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
    2. Check if the dough has been kneaded to the point where a thin membrane forms when stretched (windowpane test).
    3. The dough temperature should be between 26-28°C.
    4. Allow it to ferment until it doubles in size.
    Divide the Dough:
    1. Flatten the dough to release air.
    2. Divide it into portions of about 70g each and shape them into rounds.
    3. Let them rest for 15 minutes.
    Shape the Buns:
    1. Deflate the dough again, reshape into rounds, and slightly flatten them.
    2. Spray a little water on the surface and let them undergo a second fermentation for about 50 minutes.
    Bake:
    Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake the buns for 15 minutes.
