Combination of issues: 1) Saturation, most people that were interested in a EV (and could afford it) have already bought one, and not everyone that has bought an EV will re-buy an EV for various other reasons. 2) Cost, those still on the wall considering buying an EV are still waiting for prices to come down. 3) Looks, Tesla may have been innovative in the past, but their cars look generic now. 4) Elon Musk, his fascist politics and racial bias on twitter has polarized buyers. 5) Competition , specially world wide. sales have not kept up with projections in market, and various companies have released EV's. 6) Horror stories of 40,000 dollar battery repair bills, and charge station issues have also kept people on the wall. not to mention Insurance companies writing off EV's as totaled when they get a scratch.

Along with all the other problems A h0les like @ageip Ari’s is one of the reasons I will not buy as I love all aspects of motoring and chatting and talking to everyday people about EVs to learn. Dip sh!ts like ageip are the reason for all the harsh critics and negativity as I don’t want to be around such negative people.
I don’t think people realize just how bad it is for all auto makers right now. There is a lot with over 51k f150s last year alone.
On the european market they need better built quality, a new model S and station wagon options for Model 3 and S. The demand of model 3 and Y is saturated
Yeah, they thought that the price they were selling on is economical and increased the production whereas the middle class population cannot afford it!
@@ElectricShook in the European car market there is a very low demand for sedans and the model Y suffers from a bad design language that doesn’t attract a wide potential customer base. What people seek for are a more useful middle class like a M3 Estate and Model S Sedan/Estate options with quality on the same level as E-Class, A6 and 5 series

I would say possible customers are waiting for the next price fall before purchasing, that’s why so many price cuts for Tesla is not a good business strategy
But there’s always a chance that the prices will go down again even after you buy, in the very next month. That’s not good!

Tesla needs to build more luxury car with better quality.
Their luxury models are very nice actually only the model y and x are the lower end models and those are made out of cheaper materials. People complain about everything without realizing reality is that a company only 20 years old but able to produce at this scale with automated manufacturing is actually impressive.
The AI Clickbait Factory running at 110% capacity again, spreading the same FUD, misinformation and lies on the hunt for a few more clicks. Just sad and pathetic at the same time...

They are already selling Model Y at the price of Model 3, not sure how low they can go :D
They need to give back the price change to any previous owner who paid too much for the same product. Being the first can be paid, but at a correct price!

Obviously no one want's EV's, that explains why sales grew 60% last year, and are growing again this year. It is like that stadium down the street where I live. No one goes there anymore, it is always sold out, so why bother....
