I've been playing Tarkov for a couple of months now and the guides have helped me out a tonne, but Ragman's tasks are still literally impossible for me so far (all of last wipe and this one so far I couldn't get past "Big Sale"), so any tips someone could give me would be very much appreciated! My main problem is that I still don't understand how to actually get into the mall. No matter which entrance/pathing I try, I ALWAYS get killed before I can get into the actual mall itself. I've tried literally DOZENS of times and get sniped (or simply killed underneath in the garage area) before I can get inside no matter what I try: I've tried day raids; night raids; dressing like a scav and walking slowly; using strength and endurance stims and trying to run inside with a super light loadout and using the increased speed to bob and weave more rapidly, hoping to make them miss; I've also tried simply hiding nearby my spawn for anything from 5-30 minutes in 5 minute intervals; but no matter what, I ALWAYS get killed before being able to enter the actual mall.
If you want to make it into the mall safely, you want to rush into idea through the main or side escs/ back entrance and move through the mall slowly from there. OLI is almost certain to have multiple players entering at the same time, and staying outside for too long is a death wish.
The more people you join into the raid with, the less enemies you will have. Other than that you just got to feel out the pathing of the map, there are a few ways, which are constantly highly contested, do not take those ways. One more thing, you did not specify, if you get killed by PMCs or Scavs. If you often die to Scavs, you'll have to train your aim and do not headglitch the AI in this game. They're more likely to shoot you in the head, if you only show your head.

No, I don't think my aim is the problem, because even when I fight a player and win outside, I still don't get inside and I never see the player that snipes me (but those raids I just assumed the noise attracted unwanted attention so didn't think much of dying shortly after). Also, I'm lvl 28 now and before I started really pushing to try and get into the mall, I had a survival rating of 40% (now down to 26%), so yes I am still a 'new' player, but not that new that I shouldn't be able to play one of the core maps at all... Sorry for not specifying, but I get killed by players, not scavs. I have been training on the map in offline mode with the highest difficulty settings and can reliably survive the raid with 10+ scav kills. Luckily I already knew that tip about not peeking with your head, but thanks for stating it again, because it really does make a huge difference. @666WarKing666, At first I didn't understand how "the more people you join the raid with the less enemies you will have" makes any sense, but thinking about it, I think you mean that the more people try and get inside the mall at the start, the less will actually survive and be able to snipe me as I approach. So, basically, if I hear shooting at the beginning of the raid, I should wait 5-10 min and then try to enter the mall from that side? Also, just fyi, I do watch streamers play Interchange solo and try to learn from what they say is the best pathing and which areas are the most contested, but it doesn't seem to matter.
@@mortlet5180 i meant you should play with friends or pple from communities of streamers you follow. since there is a max player count for each map, you have less enemies on the map, if you join with a squad. for example factory, if you join as a group of 4, there is only one enemy player on the map.

Sadly none of my friends play Tarkov and I'm in SA, so it's not like we have a huge flourishing community with lots of non-toxic players willing to help new guys out (I did actually search for Tarkov sherpas, but there were none listed anywhere close enough to be within the ping cutoff). Because SA is so far away from everwhere else, the server RTT (Round Trip Time displayed in Tarkov when you enter "fps 2" into the console. Basically the same thing as your 'ping') limits force me to literally only play on the SA server and other people from larger communities also can't join my local server either (because, say, UK -> SA RTT is obviously the same as from SA -> UK, etc.). But you did give me an idea now though, so thanks a lot! I'm just going to join some local gaming discords and ask if anyone is willing to play a raid with me and help me to get into the mall. I agree that getting someone that can at least show me where I get shot from, is probably the only way forward for me.

Great vids, absolutely love the content! I have a few suggestions that I’ve noticed across the series so far, if you want to hear my 2 cents... When you do the map in general, could you maybe zoom in and show the map in detail to show the exact spots. Not sure how clear it is on the big screen but on mobile, it’s pretty small. Specific locked doors such as OLI Logistics. Could you quickly point out where the key spawns are. Sure the flea market is there and you have a chance to find them in jackets/ scavs, but some quest keys, like the OLI logistics key, were going for ~500K on the flea market. Quickly showing that it can spawn in the boot of the car at Factory shortcut on Customs might be helpful to some people. Pointing out the nuisances with each quest. Gratitude comes to mind where it has to be a certain type of shemagh. The first time I went through this, I brought the wrong version and had to go and sit on that damn pier again.
