தங்கமகன் 83 தீபாவளி கி வரும்போது நான் Chenglepet ராமகிருஷ்ணா School 9th fail ஆகி இரண்டாவது வருஷம் படிச்சி கிட்டு இருந்த நேரம். அப்போ தான் கொஞ்சோம் நாள் முன்னாடி குன்னாக்குடி வைத்தியாதான் இசையில் ராம்ஜி இயக்கத்தில் தோடி ராகம் என்கிற படம் வந்தது அதில் கிளாஸிக்கல் Legend மதுரை சேஷகோபாலன் பாடிய முத்து பந்தல் இரத்தின ஊஞ்சலில் அடிடும் கலைவாணி. என்கிற பாடல் கேட்டோம். அதே வேளையில் ராத்திரியில் பூத்திருக்கும் தாமரை தான் பெண்ணோ Cassete களில் வந்து எனக்கு ஒரே மாதிரி ஒலித்தது. முதல் முறை நான் ராத்திரி யில் கேட்கும் போது T. N சேஷா கோபாலன் பாடல் தான் நியாபகம் வந்து து.. ஏன் என்றால் கேள்வி ஞானத்தில் கேட்கும் போது ஒரே தோனி ஒலித்தது.

that I was not able to attend the concert though it was conducted for charity;
the cause is, I am located too far from Chennai.
Best song selection; a blockbuster song of it's time. Issai Gnani's composition,

Awesom singing by Mathu Iyer and Kaushik. Amazing Corus by other veteran singers.
Each and every Instrumentalist has done their part stunningly without a minor slip.

Hats off singers who did the chorus and musicians who lifted the song..Almost the original.
Excellent sound quality ..
Lyrics were more clear than the originals.
Koushik and Madhu with excellent rendition
Still I felt Madhu could have more focussed the initial lines of her both charanams in particular the second one..
