St.Paul’s bay is amazing! But in this visit we did not get to go down there but in our Acropolis video you do have amazing views of the Bay.. thank you for watching…
Thank you for posting this. We are leaving for Athens next week and our cruise will be stopping in Rhodes. We were wondering if we can do this excursion on our own or have to book with the cruise…?
It is about 45 minutes to drive to Lindos from the port in Rhodes. You can do this on your own, no problem. You will need to rent a car because the taxis would be costly.. taking the tour from the cruise may cost more then if you do it on your own but may take the stress out of finding your own way.. if you do decide to rent a car, make sure to stop off in Lardos village and eat at Patriko restaurant.. best kontosouvli (bbq meat) let me know if you have any other questions
The walk I does not take that long, but you will stop along the way to take photos and enjoy the view… maybe about 20-30 minutes… take a bottle of water with you… thanks for watching!
Why is this animal cruelty advertised? The donkeys have to suffer a lot. Many animal rights organizations and tourists draw attention to this: the donkeys don't get water and food all day, have to carry too heavy people, and some of them are injured and have open wounds 😥🐴
Our video merely described what we experienced as we walked up to the Acropolis. We chose to walk and not to ride a donkey as we also do not agree to what they put these poor animals through. Thank you for your feedback.
I've been to Lindos 3 times, it's beautiful. Did you visit St Paul's bay, wow it's stunning.
