I AM SICILIAN WE MAKE SOMETHING SIMILAR TO RECIPE BUT NO BUTTER, OLIVE OIL THERE WAS PEOPLE I AM SURE YOU OULD BUY UNPASTEURIZED CREAM "TO MAKE OUR SCACHATA PIZZA WE USE THE SAME PIZZA DOUGH ,MY MOTHER IN LAW, FROM CALABRIA CUTS THE PIECES OF MEAT OFF FOR SUPRESSATA, WHATEVER IS LEFT ON THE BONES GETS BOILED AND COOKED WITH CABBAGE AND THE LAST THING,ARE THE PORK MEAT MICROSCOPIC PIECES OF PORK ( any CALABRESE OUT THERE WHO K MEAT YOU WASH AND DRY AND ADD IT TO THE BREAD WITH HOMEMADE SALAMI AND PARM/ROMANO AND SOME MOZZARELLA IT SHOULD COME WITH A DISCLAIMER LOL!! " IF YOU HAVE A HEART CONDITION YOU CAN'T EAT THEN MY SICILIAN ROOTS WILL MAKE PIZZA DOUGH TAKE ALL CASTING AROUND THE SAUSAGE PULL THE MEAT APART PUTTING PIECE ON THE OILED DOUGH, GROUND BLACK PEPPER AND START let it sit for 15 min oven 350 either way they are all fattening once you have one piece that will end up being your dinner
