Thank you Mr Idrees. I fixed the fat model. It was a shorted capacitor on the rear side of the board. It caused short on the 12v rail everywhere. Now it boots up after cap removed. Only prob now is USB ports not working.... Have u made any videos on USB port diagnostics?

I will if I find one with the said issue. If someone swapped the NOR chip with another motherboard, that could be one of the reason.
