Great video as always William, iirc Ben didn't use RNSkia becoz there were some issues with Android. Also I think Skia adds more to app size for this simple animations? Obv it also opens up the opportunity to do many more complex animations. What do you think ?
Was the progress variable a SharedValue from reanimated or skia?? Also I’m currently adopting skia because my path animations keep crashing on Android with react native animated as well as reanimated. Do you know if skia is a good package for drawing a path for a countdown timer that can take user input? (Someone can hit a plus button to add time etc)
