- Step by step guide to program ford vehicle garage door button with Genie garage door opener. The last step is very important which I didn’t find in most of the videos so make sure you complete that step
I have been in this house for 7 years and have never successfully gotten a car to pair with my genie. Thanks to this video, I have programmed a 2016 Honda Pilot, 2016 Ford F-150, and 2012 Acura TL in under 10 minutes. Thank you!

I have been looking at various youtubes on this simple process. Tried following the instructions in the manual. Everything was slightly different but this one worked like a charm the first try. Different order of steps, but wallah, I am in business. Thanks for the simple explanation
Finally one that actually worked! Thank you sir. Most people hit the learn button in the garage first and that why i couldn't get it to work. First in the car. Second the learn button, third back in the car. Perfect. Good job. 👍👍👍✌
Thank you Mr. Sohani! The Ford instruction video was completely useless. I picked this video because I have two old Genie garage door openers, circa 1979. It took us a couple of tries but this worked correctly with our 2020 Ford Ranger. Your video was the only one that said to use both the original remote close to the buttons in the vehicle, as well as hitting the learn button on the actual motor in the garage itself... Thank you once again!

Thank you, I have been trying to program my 20 year old Genie opener with a 2022 F-150 pick up. Your Genie opener and mine are similar. With your instructions, it took less than 3 minutes to pair my F-150 to my Genie opener. Great video!
Worked perfectly sir!! I had to do it 4 times as well and the I had to hold the button on Homelink for a moment for it to work, but it does so that’s all I’m worried about 🤣 Thank you my friend!
This worked perfectly with my 2020 Lincoln Nautilus and Genie garage door opener and three button remote. I tried the owners manual, one other video, and this way worked like a charm, first try. I spent two hours trying to figure it out. Thank you.

I was having same issues. None of Ford videos helped and when I was able to make it work, I thought of creating this video as I knew other people will have trouble making it work as well

Make sure your garage is closed so when you go to push the learn button, you don't have to redo everything.

Will it work without the remote. Like can I push the red learn button on the garage and sink it to my car. #noremote
