I love the fact that people cant shut up long enough for the rest to hear the sounds of collapse. Without the endless OMG and Look, look along with the laughing..apparently is funny to see ice float.
These things amazes anybody that sees it IRL for the first time. Do anyone here know how animals reacts to it? Imagine having your dog or cat sitting beside you and this happens. If it's far away enough that they don't get scared, do you think they too would be amazed in their own kinda way and keep watching it or are they oblivious to it and just get's back to rest
I know they're big but hard to gauge how big. An idea would be to superimpose something relatable so we could go Oh Arh with the viewers. Maybe next time. Still awesome regardless.😊
That third video “Diving Out” where the one huge piece literally slipped into the water was spectacular. I know they call it “calving,” but it makes me say “Holy COW!!”
I'm not so sure about taking one of those Glacier Cruises...There will be that giant rogue fall one of these days and a wave as tall as the ship some unlucky people are on.
pronounced [tsɯnami]) is a series of waves in a water body caused by the displacement of a large volume of water, generally in an ocean or a large lake. Earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and other underwater explosions (including detonations, landslides, glacier calvings, meteorite impacts and other disturbances)
WHY are these people SO IRRITATINGLY happy about these events?! Are they Really so clueless as to not know what these large scale calving events mean for our planet in the long run? From the frightening increase of melting glaciers, to affecting the salinity of the oceans, and causing changing weather patterns over the earth,..... People seem to be so one-dimensional these days only thinking about what's right in front of them for the moment, Never thinking about the long-term consequences.. Climate change IS real, And the only one who can reverse it is Jehovah God himself.. But in the meantime we need to prepare for what's coming...💐😔
I would love to know the core sample results from the bottom of those Glacier's that flip over.........Gotta be some old stuff in there!
素敵な白い世界😮🎉👍🔔🔔🔔
Beautiful blue color. I would call it Glacier Blue
Agreed, those hues are something else.
Mother Nature can be beautiful as long as nobody gets hurt

I would love to witness an event like this without the hoards of cackling tourists.
O dear Papa God, your world is so majestic.
It’s so beautiful
Greetings from the BIG SKY.
Where is this
Those glaciers are thousands and thousands of years old,
Don't worry, new ones will be made on the other side and it will take thousands of years before they break down again.

Why do they applaude, this is so sad.
Sad? They have been doing this for millions of years.
A glacier has to calve to stay healthy . I didn’t know this till recently, it’s all to do with the movement and the under ice rivers.
They're applauding "Mother Nature" at her finest! Calving is glorious, the sound is soul shaking!!!
💕💕♥️♥️
Just seen the Sad sight of a Polar Bear towards the end 😢
O gelo derretendo e o povo achando graça
💕💕
I Just saw one
