- Iran will have five days of mourning after the country’s president was killed in a helicopter crash. The chopper was found completely burnt in the mountains in the north of the country.
Ebrahim Raisi is said to have been a key member of the so-called ‘Death Commission’ which ordered thousands of political prisoners to be killed in 1988.
