I've been praying wrong my whole life 😭
I tried this and salah feels a whole lot better now!
Alhamdulillah! I been confuse for this for so long and ask many people and they told me different things. I don’t know what to believe. Shukran for this.

@@al_akhirahhh yes your right, but you have to follow the Quran and Sunnah with the understanding of the salaf (the righteous predecessors & companions) they interpreted the verses and Hadiths correctly for us already, we are lay people we don’t have knowledge like they did. 1. Fiqh has nothing to do with Itiqad or sects.
2. What do you mean:“We have to follow Quran and Sunnah thats it“? What do you think the 4 established schools of thought do? And which qualifications do you have to make such a statement? You know the Ahlul Sunnah follows Quran, Sunna? But after this comes Ijma and Qiyaas.
3. Stop listening to people who trying to bring new things in the religion. The madhabs are established for 1000+ years in the islamic tradition. 100 years ago nobody would talk about this. But the enemies of Islam have succeeded truly in their mission. They achieved to confuse people badly…
I started to pray exactly like the men do after listening to sheikh assim. And it’s so COMFORTABLE especially the sujud. Instead of putting the arms close to the body, I open it wide and the sujud becomes so comfortable and it improves my back pain.
My Quran teacher told me to bring my arms so close to my body and it's uncomfortable but since he knows the best i have been praying like that for week

This difference has been ordained due to the haya (modesty) for women. There is more haya in the way women are prescribed to pray. Similar is the case during Umrah. Women not required to run during Saee, no need to wear a particular set of unsewn clothes, not required to walk fast (ramal) during tawaf etc. The wise scholars draw the essence but the superficial rote learners of Hadith are devoid of wisdeom. They have superficial ilm but no hikmah.
Exactly, and the prophet (saw) said: "Pray as you have seen me pray"... no difference for the men and women. Yes women's awrah is different then a men's, but in prayer there is no difference.

I think it's because at that time they didn't have long hijabs like they do now. In the time of the Prophet, women used a type of cloth that was much different from now. That's information I get from other source. Wallahu a'lam.

When he wanted to bow in Ruku`, he raised his hands until they were parallel to his shoulders. When he said Sami` Allahu liman hamidah (Allah hears those who praise Him), he raised his hands and stood up straight. @@h3mmy451 Ahmad (27135) narrated from Umm Humayd, the wife of Abu Humayd al-Saa’idi, that she came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and said: "O Messenger of Allaah, I love to pray with you." He said: "I know that you loveto pray with me, but praying in your house is better for you than praying inyourcourtyard, and praying in yourcourtyardis better for you than praying in the mosque ofyour people, and praying in the mosque of your people is better for you thanpraying in my mosque."
Classed as hasan by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Targheeb wa’l-Tarheeb and by Shu’ayb al-Arna’oot in Tahqeeq al-Musnad.
If a woman prays in the mosque, it is better for her to be far away from the men, hence the back rows for woman are preferable to the front rows, because they are further away from the men. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said salaam at the end of the prayer, he would stay where he was for a little while and would not move, to let the women leave so that the men would not mix with them.
Muslim (440) narrated that Abu Hurayrah said: The Messenger of Allaah (S) (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The best rows for men are at the front and the worst are at the back; and the best rows for women are at the back and the worst are at the front.”
There is nothing wrong with a woman praying in a place where men can see her, such as al-Masjid al-Haraam (in Makkah) or the courtyard of the mosque, or wherever she needs to pray in the countryside and so on, so long as she covers all of her bod
The scholars of the Standing Committee for Issuing Fatwas were asked:
Question: How should a woman pray if there are non-mahram men with her, for example in al-Masjid al-Haraam, and when travelling if there is no mosque on the road where women can pray?
They replied:
A woman is required to cover all of her body when praying, except the face and hands, but if she is praying where there are non-mahram men who can see her, then she has to cover all of her body including the face and hands. End quote.
Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah (7/339).
This fatwa is given in light of the opinion that niqab is mandatory and the hands being covered also is mandatory however I follow the opinion that it’s not mandatory so hence the other side of this view would be she can pray where non mahram may be around for example outside if needed and must cover her awarah of course except what is apparent (hands and face)
@Muhammad what are you talking about? us women have to even outside of the masajid akhi. and there is no distinction between the salah of men and women (regarding actions & speech)
Al Hamdu Lillaah 🌏🕋

Assalamualaikum bother. Can I pray whole salat loudly (not so loud) if there ias no men in my house? I live with my mother. Except we both no men live with us.
Yes you can pray loudly but not so loudly because the men's in the neighborhood will listen
It depends on, to whom Beloved Prophet (pbuh) addressed.
The hadith he quoted in the beginning was addressed to a group of young boys. Rasool Allah salallahu alayhi wa salam said "Pray as you have seen me praying, and the oldest among you should lead the prayer", however there are many more evidences that indicate that whenever the salah was offered, it wasn't always the oldest person who lead, so it is clear that this hadith was addressed to them specifically, and Allah knows best.
@@jacquelinehadid8043 Therefore, we cannot implement same Hadith to women.
Ageles Polite This specific Hadith perhaps may not apply, but this has always been an issue of dispute among the scholars and there are other evidences either way. Wa Alaikumus salaam
This Sheikh relies on Quran and Hadith and so his understanding is that women should pray like men since there is no evideonce of different style, these people are called Salafi or Ahle-Hadith. May Allah grant them Jannah.
Whereas in 4 school of thoughts which is widely followed, all 4 of them say women's prayer is different than men's. [You know that Sahaba are companions of prophet Muhammad SAW, So Sahaba then Tabi'een then Taba' Tabi'een]. Imam Abu Hanifa (1st school of thought) was from the time of Tabi'een, Imam Malik ( 2nd school of thought) was from the time of "Taba' Tabi'een". From this time onwards women are praying different than men, they didn't knew this Hadith? or from 1200 years women are praying wrong? Even so there is no written evidence but this should be understood.
It's your decision and your choice, however I would suggest prostrating that women should conceal them selves, they should touch their elbows to ground.
If you still didn't understand, reply back.
Just follow what Sheikh Assim said. He has a video of how the prophet sallallahu alaihi wassalam prayed, on his channel. Look it up. Following the sunnah is easy but the reward is big, plus it can expel the shayateen.
