Man these guys been in my life so long, I seriously feel like they’re my friends. I was 11 when Milenko came out and I’ve been a fan ever since. No other artist/band/group has opened up to their fans like ICP has. Not even counting the tons of albums (ICP, Dark Lotus, Soopa Villains, the countless compilations and collections), they’ve done continuous touring, movies, videos, wrestling videos and appearances, comics, vlogs, livestreams, podcasts, tons of cool merch, and of course their own annual festival where they kick it with the fans nonstop and other crazy awesome $h1+ packed into 3 days… name ONE other musical act that does even HALF of that. J and Shaggy totally opened up their world to the fans, so much so, I for real feel like I know them personally. That’s why I say, they seriously feel like they’ve been my best friends the last 25 years.

He actually just checked into rehab. On top of the heart condition. So totally not healthy. But this song is definitely the dopest thing I've heard him do since the Tempest in 2006.
He definitely looks better than he has in the past. It's said he's doing great in his health regiments and rehab. Hopefully he sticks to it. I'd love to have the carnival and a Violent J another 30 years.

Just downloaded this album this morning. And had to listen to it 2 times. Love it. And didn't have to skip any songs. Felt more like the old dark carnival shit. Almost choked me up. This album got me by surprise. Because the yum yum lure wasn't very good, and i didn't think any more albums would come out after hearing about violent j's heart problems. Here from Deadbug. First time hearing of ICP so I watched several videos. Very nice collaboration of ICP and Deadbug.
Good old wicked ICP essence to it. Def gets me even more excited for the next Joker's Card. Learning that the "Say a Prayer for Me" part was a Sponge reference actually made the awkward sounding chorus pretty cool. A couple weeks later, that chorus has grown on me completely.
I used to be a big fan of ICP as a teenager in the 90s, over the years my tastes have changed a lot. But this is 🔥
