I recommend Flint over Philly if you are f2p/low spender. You will start to get Philly shards on Intel about a week after gen 4 heroes are released on your server so you can work on her slowly that way when that happens. Flint is better than gen 3 Greg even as I was told by testers (they do a lot of field testing) that 3rd gen is very rng based. Flint is overall solid choice. I have him at 4 stars and haven’t disappointed me. Also as a rally member if you are f2p/low spender typically rally captain will ask for Jessie, Patrick or Sergey. Hope this helps!
@@ChibiXGame Both yes and no, I was planning on getting Flint anyway since he will be on the wheel of fortune. I'm actually using Smith and Sergey Frontline in both exploration and arena and finding great success with it, I can beat almost any setup around equal power aslong as they don't run Sergey and Natalia/jeronimo front. So I was planning on replacing Smith with Flint anyway. I'm currently not sure what to replace my Gina with though, since she's kinda bad for everything except stamina reduction. @@DarkWidget Philly would be really hard to get as a f2p low spender because she is an event hero at first and I believe there are better heroes like Mia gen 3 or Lynn gen 4 (I chose Lynn and she is great!) that will be better. You can use Jasser or Seo Yoon. If you are a low spender you probably won’t be leading rallies -unless you are playing a lot. Like every content and event available. Also in a spender alliance. I would say wait for Mia when she comes around or Lynn and work on the other epics I mentioned. ETA: I am assuming you all get Jasser and Seo Yoon as newer servers as I am in an older one. If you don’t have them then I recommend Molly Bahiti Sergey, Jessie and Patrick. When you get Flint to 3 stars it can be Molly Bahiti Jessie or Patrick, Flint and Sergey. Patrick and Jessie you want to level up because they are used most in PvP rallies. Also Jessie to fill PVE rallies.

I do believe she shows up on daily chest too that you can buy and eventually she will show up on Intel. Typically second building queue, growth fund is always the best value then something like a seasonal pass. I couldn’t give you advice more than that because I don’t think I ever even looked!
