UWP Demands Full Disclosure On GPH Deal

The United Workers Party has stepped up calls for the government to disclose the specifics of the GPH deal. First Deputy Leader, Guy Joseph has rubbished the Prime Minister’s assertions that the details would be made public via the government gazette.

It's only considered full disclosure before the deal was made. Anything after that, whether St.Lucians like it or not the deal has been done.

I assume this isn't necessary a buying of the port but leasing the port to them to improve its operations, it might be true their are using our money to do so but we get their expertise and experience, I mean look what happened to the St Jude reconstruction project Stephenson king suggest their bring in an overseas consultant who has expertise and experience in building hospitals to build it to international standards but that wasn't what they did instead they hired people who had no experience or expertise in how to build a hospital.
