Great video, you did not mention the locking nut. Oviously you had it loose for the whole video. Do any of them have an effect on intonation when locked down.

The locking nut is loose while you are performing your setup so you can loosen the strings when needed. Once intonation is performed the locking nut will not effect intonation when locked down.
