For those who is confused about Taemin's concept. Looking at the song literally Sayonara Hitori means Goodbye my solitary self. As explained in the show Taemin is struggling with his inner demon, which is probably depression, loneliness, dark memories or just the side of him he wants to neglect. During the dance Koharu is Taemin's shadow, imitating him as part to merge into him, but Taemin struggles to snatch away from Koharu's grab. At the end Taemin finally parts with his inner half, as signified by the song whispering "Goodbye".

I love Taemin's musicality so much. Notice at 0:48 how he first turns his whole body then the head while hitting every single syllable. It's so beautiful. Taemin's dancing is the most expressive and graceful here to me. Also the arm wave at 1:16 and body arch at 2:24, so graceful. Even though he is dancing beside the world class dancer and choreographer Koharu, my eyes are still glued to Taemin. He is truly incredible.

This is what I THINK made Taemin win over the other amazing dancers in the show. (1)The different interpretation of the devil. (2)The execution of the performance itself. (3)The emotion behind each movement. Lastly, both not needing to do tricks/stunts to amaze the audience with their performance. Their mere presence and execution with emotion is enough.
I feel like he’s dancing it extra special here when dancing alongside Koharu. This performance is just sooo badass and extra powerful! They complement each other so well, creating an unforgettable stage. Really iconic and they absolutely deserved that win!
Of course Taemin is an incredible dancer but I was blown away by the woman who danced with him. Her moves were so graceful and powerful at the same time, she completely made the song "live" through her, her performance was amazing

i just watched the full episode and they don't show the reactions at all. they had uncut and full versions for all the others but taemins had no reaction.

For people complaining that taemin use his debut Japanese song for this stage , try doing this show , while preparing for solo debut in japan , going to fashion shows in Milan and preparing for kcon/fan meet , also preparing for shinee comeback at once is alot and taemin stood on this stage and perform is heart out just like a true performer and he showcase his talents ! legit this year taemin been the busiest in shinee right now with promotion in japan and korea and also this week he performing this stage in broadcast stations this week ! like you can tell he work his a** off to prepared this stage , so haters shout s***f***Up and he deserve this win !!!!

Okay fuck what anyone says. You can not tell me this is not the most beautiful performance out of all of them. Taemin's and Koharu facial expressions were too on point. I felt a sense of desperate which attracted me so much. Every move was just so beautiful. This goes to show you, you don't need to have flash or heavy dance moves. Just wow. As expected of Taemin. 볼 때마다 드는 생각이지만 이 무대는 2명에서도 저렇게 무대를 장악할 수 있는거 같음 주제를 가장 잘 표현한 무대였다 저걸 위해 노래를 다시 녹음한것도 대단하고 처음부터 끝까지 평범하지 않고 태민 만의 색깔이 보인것 같다

This is what I THINK made Taemin win over the other amazing dancers in the show. (1)The different interpretation of the devil. (2)The execution of the performance itself. (3)The emotion behind each movement. Lastly, both not needing to do tricks/stunts to amaze the audience with their performance. Their mere presence and execution with emotion is enough.

Okay fuck what anyone says. You can not tell me this is not the most beautiful performance out of all of them. Taemin's and Koharu facial expressions were too on point. I felt a sense of desperate which attracted me so much. Every move was just so beautiful. This goes to show you, you don't need to have flash or heavy dance moves. Just wow. As expected of Taemin. Also did anyone else see my baby Ten's excited smile at 1:58 :)
