Hi, here is a compilation of my 3 favorite and most popular banana egg recipes! I made these for my family when I had some ripe bananas, so simple and delicious! With just a few minutes to prepare, these recipes amazed my kids with how easy and delicious breakfast or dessert can be! I hope everyone makes and loves these 3 recipes :)
00:00 Recipe 1# If you have 1 banana and 2 eggs, make this 5 minutes recipe for breakfast
Place 1 ripe banana in a bowl
Crack two eggs in a bowl
Pour into the banana
Mash the banana
Medium-low heat
Melt unsalted butter in the pan
Scoop the mixture into the pan
Fry for 1 minute
Flip over and fry for another minute
Done!

150g All-purpose or bread flour
1.5g salt
1.5g cinnamon
Mix well
2 ripe bananas (370g with peels)
1 egg
100ml milk
Blend the ingredients

3g active dry yeast
Mix well
30ml unsalted butter
Microwave for 20-30 seconds
Add to the batter
Mix well
Mix the wet and dry ingredients well
The batter should look smooth like this
Cover and rise until double size
80g cranberries
Cut the cranberries into smaller pieces
Mix the batter
Mix well
Add 5ml olive oil to a frying pan
Brush the oil
Pour the batter into the pan
Even out the top
Cover and rest for 10 minutes
Low heat
Fry for 15-20 minutes
Flip using a plate or board like this
Fry for another 5-10 minutes
Use a toothpick to test if it's cooked or not
If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is cooked
Done!

1 ripe banana 115g(without peel)
1 egg 55g(without shell)
2tbsp olive oil 30ml
bake for 20 minutes at 375°F/190°C
