I'm with you on having carpet in the bedrooms. I'm sorry the tirzepatide didn't agree with you. I've had such a good experience that I went from 250 to 135 only having constipation sometimes that was easily fixed. I started Mounjaro Jan 2023. Maybe in the future some of the newer meds will work better for those that can't tolerate the current offerings.

I kinda wish we had gyms here but we dont..lol I bought a treadmill like yours and me and my husband i love it .That's creepy id be the same way.The food looked amazing.. I've also had great success on Mounjaro. I lost 20-30lbs before I started MJ but since MJ I've lost an additional 85lbs. I'm at 135 now which is just inside the "healthy" BMI range for my height. I never dreamed I'd get to 150lbs much less get to 135. I'm so grateful.

My son and daughter in law just took my granddaughter to Guadalajara Mexico to try on quinceniera dresses, it’ll be next June. I’m excited for her. The heat is not getting any better no matter where you are unfortunately people didn’t heed the warning from scientists and people like Al Gore about Global Warming. I’ve made many adjustments to help the situation because don’t want to leave our planet a mess for my kids and granddaughters including becoming Vegan.
I think that's completely normal for Ozemic or any glp. Most people do have side effects when they up their dose and then it evens out again. You have to be able to make it through those waves. Obviously only if you want to stay on it. I have moved up three doses and usually after my initial dose of the new milligram I'm fine
This is exactly what happened to me when I was taking it. But it was for about 3 days after each shot. It would feel like I was pregnant, the horrible stage where everything makes your stomach hurl and you just poo and vomit everything. And I just couldn’t handle it. The people around me are having amazing success, and I am so happy for them, but I hate that feeling and would rather struggle.

I just clean it daily like her personal turd servant. ^_^ She's now 15 yrs old and I gave up being mad about it a lonngg time ago. I'll do the same as you and replace the floor when she's crossed the bridge. What can ya do right? As for your daughter in the gym. I watch my daughter when she's out with me because some people stare at her. I give them the "momma bear eye" if they act ridiculous. Gotta make them put their eyes back in their heads haha :)
I am going to get off Ozempic. It's really weird bc I took it for almost three months. It had the opposite effect on me. I was constipated. Up until about a week ago I had (TMI) diarrhea. It has lasted the entire week. The weightloss has not been significant although my blood sugars have been great. I'm going to see how it affects my blood sugar being off of it. I started with .25 for the first month then .5 thereafter, so the switch up could not have been the reason for the diarrhea, as I've been on the same dose for two months. I just think overall it's bad for digestion and I don't want any part of it.

I was willing to sacrifice the gastro issues for weightloss but it did not make me lose any faster than I have in the past on regular diet and exercise. I've lost 136 lbs. 115 lbs has been without Ozempic. I'm just eager to see how I do without it, blood sugar wise.
I was on trulicity for my diabetes for over 3+ yrs and was sooo sick. In Dec 22 I was switched to mounjaro and it's been good. Helped me loose 70+ pounds
I take ozempic and have been taking 5. I do mine at lunch I guess cuz that’s when I remember the most. I did try 1 but felt very nauseous and kinda funky maybe a little out of sorts so went back to 5. I believe it’s helping with my diabetes and I have been on it I’d say 6 month and have lost 35 pounds so far. My uncle is a pharmacist so he has helped me a lot. It’s hard to feel 100% if I keep doing it or not but he said for the diabetes I should not stop cuz my numbers are improving to.
Girl I live in Southern California and right now we’re chilling. High 80s till August. Our peak is mid August till Sept, and a majority of homes do not have AC. 🤣 So when I see people say well at least you don’t live where it’s humid or in the triple digits. I’m just like you chose to live there 🤣
I had 2 dogs like that too. Every rug I had in the house, they would pee on them. Hardwood flooring, no pee pee. Sucks but I can’t afford to replace flooring.

Also I started on the name brand Mounjaro 2.5mg for a month & lost 18lbs my first month no side effects! I went up to the 5mg the next month & I hit my goal weight of losing 45lbs within 6 wks! It worked amazing for me. I don’t have diabetes tho. I started taking it just like once a month after that for maintenance. Then my ins stopped covering it & I gained 10lbs in a month!! I got on the Tirz & it doesn’t work as well & it makes me nauseous days after taking it. I did lose the 10lbs I had gained back tho within a month & I’m only injecting abt once a month or so. Maybe try the Mounjaro. It’s expensive tho if ur ins won’t cover it. There are coupons. I was only paying $5/month for it when my ins did cover it. I was so mad when they stopped! I feel it has less side effects tho. It’s just a suggestion.

5mg trizepitide sucks! 7.5 was my sweet spot! No side effects at all
My sweet spot is 10mg but I couldn't get it so I went up to 12.5 hasn't worked near as well

I've lost 136 lbs. 115 lbs has been without Ozempic. I'm just eager to see how I do without it, blood sugar wise.
I was on trulicity for my diabetes for over 3+ yrs and was sooo sick. In Dec 22 I was switched to mounjaro and it's been good. Helped me loose 70+ pounds

I take ozempic and have been taking 5. I do mine at lunch I guess cuz that’s when I remember the most. I did try 1 but felt very nauseous and kinda funky maybe a little out of sorts so went back to 5. I believe it’s helping with my diabetes and I have been on it I’d say 6 month and have lost 35 pounds so far. My uncle is a pharmacist so he has helped me a lot. It’s hard to feel 100% if I keep doing it or not but he said for the diabetes I should not stop cuz my numbers are improving to.

Girl I live in Southern California and right now we’re chilling. High 80s till August. Our peak is mid August till Sept, and a majority of homes do not have AC. 🤣
So when I see people say well at least you don’t live where it’s humid or in the triple digits. I’m just like you chose to live there 🤣
It's 114 this week. We don't want anymore. The southern states can have 20 of those degrees. Do y'all want them?

I had 2 dogs like that too. Every rug I had in the house, they would pee on them. Hardwood flooring, no pee pee. Sucks but I can’t afford to replace flooring.

Girl born in cail and here in Las Vegas where I’m from now next weekend it’s going to be 117-120 our regular is 100-109 . I was even sitting by the pool with my girly tanning . Cooking basically , you always see cars on the street overheating, breaking down. Last year 3 people died waiting for the bus or walking to the bus stop from heat stroke/strikes
Good for u for calling out that nasty old man!! 🤮 It’s gonna take all of us moms to stop that nonsense!! Also I started on the name brand Mounjaro 2.5mg for a month & lost 18lbs my first month no side effects! I went up to the 5mg the next month & I hit my goal weight of losing 45lbs within 6 wks! It worked amazing for me. I don’t have diabetes tho. I started taking it just like once a month after that for maintenance. Then my ins stopped covering it & I gained 10lbs in a month!! I got on the Tirz & it doesn’t work as well & it makes me nauseous days after taking it. I did lose the 10lbs I had gained back tho within a month & I’m only injecting abt once a month or so. Maybe try the Mounjaro. It’s expensive tho if ur ins won’t cover it. There are coupons. I was only paying $5/month for it when my ins did cover it. I was so mad when they stopped! I feel it has less side effects tho. It’s just a suggestion.
