We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kalundawa Nature Resort in Dambulla, and it was an unforgettable experience. This hotel is beautifully nestled in nature, just a 10-minute drive from Dambulla city, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle.
The resort offers two room categories-Deluxe and Superior Deluxe-both of which provide a comfortable and serene environment. However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the kayaking experience on the Kalundewa River, which flows right in front of the hotel. It was a unique and peaceful experience, and we even enjoyed a delightful lunch by the riverside.
The food at the resort deserves a special mention. It was delicious, and the portions were generous, providing a great value for money. In addition to the culinary delights, the resort also offers a refreshing pool to unwind and relax.
The resort is well-equipped for both indoor and outdoor functions, making it an ideal venue for gatherings and events. For nature lovers, this hotel is a hidden gem, providing a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. We highly recommend Kalundawa Nature Resort to anyone looking for a nature-centric getaway in Dambulla.
