This is a Reaction Channel we do not endorse any of the music that is played on this channel but attempt to help others better understand the lyrics using the Holy Scriptures.
PTSD is a serious illness we have in the world.
Here I have linked a great resource video to help in the battle of PTSD.

Take it easy on us this is the first of many.
The screaming is just visceral passion when it comes to the message. I grew up pentecostal and my mother used to throw out my burned CDs if they sounded "angry". Respect to your pops for trying to understand the message.
Such a great reaction and breakdown of the lyrics, I love how open your dad is to your taste of music. People hate this music because of the screaming but if people sat down and read the lyrics then they would be amazed. Garrett is sooooo good at what he does and Silent Planet deserves so much more recognition. Thank you for taking the time to break this down, I'm subscribing for more! 🤘
Having the Lyrics up while reacting to metal is pretty important when you don't have the ear to pick up the words. Great video!
I appreciate your willingness to dig into this song. I know it's not an easy listen. It's also not an easy topic. Everything this band does is intensely passionate. I really hope that you will review their most recent song "Trilogy," which is about Garrett's struggles with mental illness. I also hope you guys will check out Demon Hunter. God bless.
Love the father son chemistry(: I would Love you guys to react to Oceans Ate Alaska Hansha(: the meaning behind it with our phones and the technology we have is good and bad.
We will look at that one.
Love it guys! Can't wait for more, subbed up. Keep truckin!
The lyrics in music are a release songs like this are a anger release for me to let our physical body bond that how we aren't alone my spirit is release with pray and discussions with my dad but great video and look forward for new songs

Silent Planet is a REAL SYMFONY.
It is not for everyone.
It's a mixture of metal core, jazz.
So many different tones of coloures.
Thanks gays. God bless you
new subs here
I can’t wait to see you explore more genres. I’m always willing to give a song. I’d like to see a reaction to songs even Nathan doesn’t like 😅
Sins of the father by being as an ocean would be good since they are a christian metal band and actual good one at that
Dear god
Humble servant i am
Judas, our brother
Aint nobody perfect
I think your dad will like the message about them and its a good starter band to get into deeper screaming like silent planet, knocked loose, gideon and so on
Also check out aftermath by the ghost inside! Powerful story right there but you guys killed it in this vid👏🏼
Thanks for the encouragement. We’ll look at them.
Silent planet is also a Christian metal band.
NateDog listen to Aqualung by Jethro Tull
Iron Maiden. Hallowed BeTty Name
Yall gonna sing this at church?
I can’t even sing this at home in the shower
The Bible says the voice of YHWH is the sound of thunder and many waters. Lyrics that need close discernment and need to be meditated over and contemplated are just like the Bible. People recite Bible verses and don’t even know what they mean.
I like that the vocals are “hard to discern” (just like Scripture).
This is easily the most unique, creative, and heavy the band is ever been. 100% not a good intro to them haha.
Edit: lol metalcore is so pioular nowadays I’d hardly call it elitist! This style of sort of progressive (ish) metalcore might be but not the whole genre in general.
Edit 2: just because you’re a pastor doesn’t mean that metalcore (or any genre) is meant to be interpreted biblically.
By that logic you might as well interpret it by the book of Mormon or interpreted as the by Quran wrote too .
I’m in the medical field but I don’t listen to Metallica and interpret it’s medically. why you listening to a random metal song and interpreting the lyrics biblically? Are one of the vocalist Christian? Maybe some of the members believe in the bible but when they them selves said they’re not a Christian band this seems kind of pointless. I’d like to hear what anyone thinks about this specific song because it’s so damn good but interpreting it biblically seems super stupid.
