Talk about failing to play the game. This was a zero cost way for the conservatives to secure themselves in power. AB should do this. Every single conservative incumbent provincial gov't should do something like this because it secures you against the opposition, for free.
They don't mention that heating oil is exponentially more expensive than natural gas though...much less that there are a few people in remote parts of SK who do use heating oil.
