check your chair height for this, sitting with hands on table is automatically un-ergonomic (as the true ergonomic posture is standing straight up with hands at side). my arms are just kind of resting on my table and my shoulders don't shrug at all

Generally you are aiming left to right and the amount of times where i will have to move my mouse straight up more than maybe 3 inches irl is very low. I have never had a problem moving vertically in CS but maybe in valorant it might be required, but from all the val gameplay it looks even slower and less wide FOV aim dependent than cs is
nah they shake too much and i don't like that, even with the ones with a big ass pole. I also don't really like how they look and they are very clumsy to move around
because being in constant wrist extension gives you problems like RSI easier when playing for long periods of time, especially if you aren't taking your hands off your keyboard regularly. The optimal position for your hands is obviously at your side not pronating or supenating, and your hands are already in a pronated position while you play, which is not ideal. Getting any ergonomics where you can for your hands specifically is always a good thing
