full 30, deathmatch practice and aim_botz practice you can do partial body sprays but you want to be able to adjust your spray on a target even if you miss 7-8 shots since if you don't train all the way you won't have the muscle memory to keep going and your fight will turn into RNG
in cs2 the ak47 fire rate seems slower, ig it seems almost like the sg553 and the bullet spread goes everywhere. 400hrs of aimbotz only feels like lost progress
nah, take a video and overlay it with csgo (which you can still download), or just record how long it takes to go from the first frame when you hit 29 bullets bottom left to 0, it's identical. i'm sure you're just in a slump if you think that you lost all progress

i play with whatever is default i can't remember if i turned it on or off but it never really bothered me
If your easily distracted like me turn them off. If not leave them on
What sens/dpi are you playing on man?
1600*0.6125 = 980edpi, so if you're at 800 it would be 1.225 in game sens
