I would suggest putting down some old kitchen mats, carpet scraps etc., to protect the roof while you are sitting, sliding around and to put your tools on. The rubber roof membrane is very thin.
Thanks for the video. Using a heat gun on the lap sealant and Butyl rubber makes life easier, but don't damage/melt the roof! also use a plastic scraper/putty knife where you can, metal can damage the roof easier. Also clean the roof surface with a commercial cleaner and then alcohol before applying new sealant.
I did the same darn thing today.. Put my hand on the skylight went right through .. What did you use for a skylight . I want to get the right size height wise.. Where did you get it.. A link on here would be good... I have a 2015 Thor Hurricane 34J
