They are aggressive to I'm a park ranger in Florida at a recreational park one night I was locking the outer gates when one tried to attack me
I encountered a bobcat in my backyard at 4 AM one summer. I was in the house with just the screen door between us. But thing is, I was woken up by what sounded like a child being murdered in the backyard. I went to look and thought it was my Maine Coon Cat (Logan, marmalade color so the same color as the bobcat), so I called him. The bobcat turned and started coming towards me and I realized it wasn't my cat but a bobcat. I shut the glass door and prayed my cat would survive because no way was I opening that door until that animal was gone. (I love the big and semi-big cats, but I seriously respect them!) I never let my cats outside again after that incident. They didn't like it, but they became indoor kitties. (The next summer, a big bear trailed through our backyard and the entire neighborhood was put on alert. Then again, I live only a few hundred feet from the Wilderness Preserve, so wild animals are a given.) But, a bobcat does act that way as described in the story. it's terrifying to witness if you aren't familiar with it, especially the sounds they make. Bobcats can be quite fearless, even if they prefer to be elusive.
Bro he did a story about a haunted outpost in Afghanistan that is one of the creepiest stories ive ever heard. You'd love it.

The biggest reason the second story was so creepy for me and the reason I don't think it was a bear was the fact that the propane tank had been flattened like a soda can. Bears can rip up tents and cause a mess, sure, but unless there's a wild M1 Abrams roaming those woods, no bear could flatten a propane tank. Maybe dent it, but not flatten it.

It depends on what type of propane tank. If it's the massive kind, i agree, a bear ain't flattening that.
But if it's one of the smaller ones, a bear could definitely flatten that if it tried.
Bears are ridiculously strong. They can play with 700 pound dumpsters like we would do to beach balls and casually throw around 1500 pound animals.
A small propane tank would be light work.

But, Crackheads, humans in general, are the most fearsome things to encounter in the woods. Especially at night. Animals have a set list of actions you can take to try to ward them off. But People with mental problems who self medicate with recreational drugs, which is super common, are completely unpredictable.

For the second one, I live in oregon. We only have black bears and they are complete chickens. On another point I found a trip wire out out in the middle of nowhere hunting a few years back. I assume it was just protecting a weed grow, but still I got the he'll out of there.

I once went camping with a friend and we kept hearing these creepy noises at night when we were alone and the adults were all at a campfire. When I went out of the tent after hearing these HUGE
footsteps and nothing was there but I saw these HUGE footsteps that looked like humans. We ended up not telling anyone about it cause we ultimately thought that maybe it was just one of the adults that came too get something but decided not too wake us up (still think it was someone else)
This woman around the tent, I live in Montana so anytime I'm camping I have a sidearm because we animals that will kill us, this is another reason to take a sidearm with you

Dude, I love watching Mr Ballen, I’m glad to see some of my more favored youtubers together.
One time when I went on a trip in Boy Scouts, one of the scouts that are about as old as me is telling me that he saw something big in the woods by the campsite, I looked around and saw nothing, then he started saying that he saw it run into a field with corn in it and then I became scared, then his eyes started playing tricks on him and started making him think that there was actually a monster and we both started crying, but he was just trying to scare me. Makes me laugh since it was so funny that he started crying from his own story.
I did that once. I was making ghost sounds and scared myself. I was around 3 or 4
Need to react to some SCP stuff. TheExploringSeries has some great SCP readings. SCP-001: When Day Breaks, SCP-093, and SCP-1762 are good ones. Dark5 also has some great "Top 5" content. "5 Most Mysterious Unexplained Videos on the Internet" is a great one and is creepy as hell.
Crazy woman in the first story had to be on bath salts or something to act like she was. That crap basically turns people into wild animals.
I feel it definitely could have been a bear in the second one. Bears will stalk people but have no interest in engaging or attacking with them. Most campsites are usually distanced far enough away from well known bear territories. It's still possible for one to come up on your campsite, but it's rare. Because they never saw anything, it was probably a bear just keeping its distance.
TheVolgun also does great SCP readings...as for the second story, how would a bear flatten a propane tank?

Last July, we were camping up here in maine. At about 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning a whole pack of wild dogs or coyotes came right through our campsite. They were howling and barking. There were at least six of them. They didn't hurt us or anything, but they were scratching and sniffing at our tents, and they tore through all the garbage we had buried and made a mess. Was a little freaky, especially for our cat jazzy who we had also brought camping. So he is right we do have a lot of animals up here, but nine times out of ten they won't bother you if you don't bother them. You know that old cliche. LOL

My brother and I abandoned our campsite in Oregon (at the top of Marys Peak) in the 90s at 2am because we heard massive footsteps. When we came back the next day, the tent was shredded.

About the last story, idk about woodland firefighters but I’m a volunteer county firefighter and as a part of our guidelines we have to check all houses in the path of small brush fires in case it gets out of control, I would guess it’s the same for woodland firefighters dealing with wild fires even on federal land.

The one thing that sticks out to me, as far as the possibility of bears. From personal experience with wild bears and camping. The crushed propane tank is weird for the possibility of a bear crushing it.

Hahaha, as a park ranger myself i can tell you that we get about 10-15 call per night . Some one them we do find track like mountain lion,bear,wolf,deer etc but other nothing ..no traces ,no sounds ,dogs can't pick up any scent . We had people camping next to our cabin because it was the first time they camped and was too scared haha. But yeah ..i'll be honest here and say that we did had some events that we just can't explain ..even me and my friend have seen a big shadow one night with heavy foot steps and it was no bear so we had to make rounds all night from camp to camp to make sure that everyone was safe .

The only reason I bring my rifle when I camp, shit like this always scared me so I never forget to bring it. I also bring a vest with me just in case, I usually hunt for elk when I camp.
