Thank you for your very raw and real estimation of ABQ life and the things people with intentions need to consider. I live in TX but NM in general has always held a special place in my heart. We visit whenever we can and I’ve always had a desire to relocate, even if it’s just for a few years. I’d rather do it and know then not and always wonder. The biggest drawback for me is the education system. I’m a HS teacher. I can work anywhere but I have elementary school aged children and as far as geographical locations are concerned - I need to do right by them. We’ll be in ABQ for Spring Break. Maybe I check in with you and you can provide me with some guidance and direction?
