Sir, I tried ur recipe today. Taste was amazing n out of world. I felt I was eating aloo tikki chat in a shop. However, faced problem while preparing tikkis from boiled potato.It was too soggy initially. After cooling potato for half an hr in refrigerator, I was able to prepare tikkis using rice flour. It will be great if u point out the mistake done by me. Awesome recipe👌👌💯

Aaloo should be mashed when still hot n not after cooling.
