      Hi Ajay,
      I am seeing many are facing this delay. But some have perhaps received the letters.
      For those who havent received yet will definitely get. My suggestion would be, try to reach out to the HR or college placement to get an update.

      Just in case anyone has the same question as mine .... I have checked with my BU HR they informed me that according to the policy earlier release/ payout is only applicable if someone has a medical condition or has applied for High studies.

    I also resigned from capgemini on May 1st and my LWD is 1st week of Aug which is reflecting on ECMS portal as confirmed LWD. I am not taking any leaves and attending office also 12 days per month. Its already 1 month over from the day i resigned but they didnt broght any replacement till now. I asked for KT sessions but they are not giving much importance on that , I was imp resource of this account many times they requested me for not to leave the organization but i denied.
    So is there any chance they can increase the LWD from their end? Any chances are there if they r not arranging KT ? Or its completely system dependent? Bcz i am having offer in my hand for another org and i dont wnt to stay here..

      In this case I see 2 possibilities, 1. either they are planning to retain you or 2. They are not getting the right fir for your replacement, and may b they are taking interviews.
      In both the cases, your LWD should not get impacted as its not your fault. But my suggestion, to be on the safer side drop an email to your manager, CC HR as a humble reminder that your LWD is nearing, you have an offer in hand which you are willing to take. Ask them humbly if they are bringing any replacement and when is the KT planned.
      This will ensure that you followed up on your replacement and the KT part and if at all in future you are asked to extend, then you can deny that strictly.
      BTW, I hope your manager has accepted your resignation.

      @@That_IT_Girl_1 manager didnt approved the resignation yet and email i saw it was written that before 15 days of LwD it will be auto approved. Is that fine right?
      I told them that i will not stay here as i put down the paper by thinking of all the aspects and i dont want to say them that i am having an offer in my hand there is reason like they may try to increase the LWD in order to destroy my joining date in new company..
      I am waiting for my LWD to come and one question clearacne are getting done automatically in the back end.. so apart from laptop submission anything that i have to do from my end?
      Note : i got one email where it was mentioned Ritesh Burman Resignation has been auto approved!!
      If they are planning to retain me but they didnt discussed any salary hike apart from salary hike thy r discussing everything. Why should i stay here i am having offer with higher sal packge.
      I checkd ecms portal there are three clearance available 1. Supervisor 2.Asset 3. Final.

      Answering paragraph wise..
      1st Yes it gets auto approved
      2nd Okay makes sense, then avoid telling them about offer.Though usually they have an idea.
      3rd. LWD should get updated by now on the portal, or you can check with the HR who is managing your exit process.
      And yes clearance SPOCs usually take care of the clearances but you keep tracking it, sometimes SPOCs delay it.
      Apart from asset(laptop) all clearances are done before your LWD.
      If you got the auto approval email then that is fine.
      In my second project I had seen that the management offered 2 of my team members, increased package that matched the existing offer from the other company and level promotion a day before their LWD, so anything can be possible. Actually sometimes the manager requests the HR for better pay to retain the resource but due to costing HR refuses.
      Last para- You will get emails from the exit management team about the exact number of clearances you have to get.
      Currently you are saying there are 3 categories that you see on the portal for clearance but I remember there were sub categories as well.
      And one more thing, try to attend the meeting organised by the exit management team. They explain everything related to exit in details, and you can ask queries also.

      @@That_IT_Girl_1 okay thank you soo much for ur detailed response,hope everything will be fine and one ask -> in short i believe no one cant increase my LWD at any mean which is showing in the portal as confirmed Lwd bcz its system dependent by capgemini. ( corrct me if i am wrong)
      If they match the salary also i will not stay here bcz the offer i am holding its far better company than the one in which working right now.

      Yes thats correct. And pardon for being repetitive but keep everything clear and documented(if required) from your end. Take help from HRs without hesitating.
