I'm three years sober and finally able to get pregnant now, too. Life can get better. We can kick these alcoholic, drug, food addictions. :)
I agree. This is literally a 50/50 show. It doesn’t work with anyone else. If Kippy’s gone, it’s only half the show it is. If the Big Man is gone, it’s only half the show it is. This show works so well because of the chemistry between Ryan and Hank. If either of them are gone, this show just doesn’t work as well. I know that Foley’s got a big heart and can take it just as much as he can dish it. But this one did feel a little much. And I understand that at the end of the day, Tobey and Kippy both love Foley and just want him around a long time and they want Foley to be healthy.

Foley I believe in you too!! As a mom of 5 and in recovery I understand loving food. I lost over 100 lbs. and kicked opiates! If I can do it, you can too! And I still eat anything I want just smaller amounts. I got an elliptical machine and would jump on it for only 5 minutes at first because that's all I could do. But I would get on it like 5 times per day and would eventually increase the time to no more than 30 minutes at a time a few times a day. I really think it helped Jumpstart my metabolism again. Love you Foley!! You can do it!!
Fat shaming works! Trust me I know being a fatty myself. 100 down and it wasn't hard. Just staying consistent walking 40 minutes everyday and doing IF eating window being noon to 8pm. You got this Foley don't ever give up no matter how many times you slip up

I still eat terrible shit regularly too. I just smaller portions of it lol. Gave myself a 2000 calorie per day limit and it's been good so far. Cheering for you!

The reality is this man.. Foley is 47, he's extremely overweight and he's smoking cigarettes. He won't make it 10 years if he keeps it up at that age. Hes the man but we need to be honest about this. It's time for some tough love for his sake.
I think most doctors would disagree with you. The danger with eating one large meal a day, is that it confuses your body's metabolism and puts it into a sort of self preservation mode, where it begins to store all energy as fat believing that there might be a shortage. The general consensus seems to be that four to six small healthy meals with zero snacking in between and lots of water, combined with moderate exercise, is the best approach to losing body fat. The eating part of the diet is far more important to weight loss than the exercise part. Once you have achieved an ideal body weight, I would agree with you that one meal a day even combined with periods of fasting is probably the best approach, but everyone is different to a degree and should adjust accordingly.

Unless obviously there’s a major medical event, small changes like you said sparkling water which you can add flavours for those wanting a bit of that kick, finding a healthier alternative to chips if the salty crunch is what you want, using smaller plates, stretching everyday and maybe just to start walk around your driveway or something space provided, for 5mins and slowly increase. One you keep making these smaller changes they add up and you’ll see a big change and it will help motivate and excite you. People often will have these massive goals and go all in to start, which it’s not like drogs, you still have to eat. So just retraining and replacing current habits incrementally helps you keep not just changes but lifestyle adjustments. It’s totally doable though. 🫶🏻
