- UNLIMITED POTENTIAL!!!! With today's video I wanted to talk about the incredible potential for future content that the finals has. I don’t think there is another game set up for such success, we just need the game to blow up big time.

They should totally do a space themed season. With a Lunar or Martian map. Maybe a huge base with a dome over it? The cosmetics and weapons could look awesome too

I actually had a 2 minute cut section of this video where I went into detail about a space themed season and either a Moon or Martian planet map just like this. Great minds think alike. 😎
They could do the whole 1960 space race aesthetic to this!! On some Fly me to the moon type shit

I actually really love the grounded, realistic maps. Syshorizon is awesome, but I definitely like the aesthetic of the OG maps for the future.
i hope the devs do more with the in game events. i was once in a fight for the last cash out with everyone going for it and the ufo event started over it and was like a movie

Great video! I agree overall. I got into the game in s3 and feel a little jealous I missed out on the hype of season 2. I can’t wait for them to add more cool maps and game modes.
S2 was actually incredible, the hype was insane. So much new content was added, not to mention the QoL updates.
Unfortunately S3 is a bit slower but that's to account for the mandatory 3-4 weeks summer vacation embark HAS to take off in Stockholm.But the team will be back in full force for S4 so expect great things like S2. 😎
Genuine positivity for this game is nice, you make some good great points, especially how this game has a lot of potential, lets hope some of it's realised before the year 1 mark.

anti-grav is totally slept on, yeh there might be more consistent situational alternatives but you land an anti-grav on a person or team and they literally can't do anything except slowly float out (provided they had no momentum going in), that's easy elims right there.
Once I started using it for the video I realized just how good it actually was, I honestly only thought it was a meme, it has SO many uses.

But in all seriousness, support people who positively talk about THE FINALS, watching all these "PRO" players or “Big channels” that talk about how bad the game is, is becoming tiring. It prevents embark from testing/doing amazing things in the future if people keep shooting down experimental changes, i.e cahsout changes.
I love this game, tiny chip off my shoulder though. The light snipers that afk all game long on power shift make me want to shoot, in real life, at their place of residence.

3:20 Like the impulse nitrons from Tribes! They were used by the light class in the flag runner role to build up momentum in CTF, and were super fun to use. They also caused any player affected by them to drop the flag if they were carrying it (including self damage, so you had to use them to build momentum on the run up, not to escape), so they could have similar interactions with props/cash boxes in the finals.
On that note, a CTF mode (or a Finals specific variation of it) would be pretty cool I think. Give both teams control over a section of the map, and spawn a vault and cashout station in each team's territory. Players have to steal the enemy team's vault and bring it to their cashout station, but if a team picks up their own cash box or steals it from the enemy cashout it is "reclaimed" and a new vault spawns in their territory that the enemy team must steal again. After a successful cashout, a new vault spawns at a random place in the enemy team's territory, and a new cashout station spawns randomly in the territory of the team that scored.
Edit: A CTF mode might also be the perfect gamemode to give Kyoto a chance to shine in ways it doesn't for the other game modes
You'd all be suprised how many easter eggs are scattered in this game!
Heres one: before closing the game, click the credits tab! Each season its a new version, just give it time to move!
Some skins, icons, sound effects, etc. Are triggered from easter egg hunters finding them!
This game would be amazing with a halo 3 worldwide fileshare system to show off to sponsors and players! Maybe even forge mode and custom games!
They could also add in a jukebox mode to use in-game/during a killstreak/during the final bits of a match/in emotes /etc.
The battlefield/ Mirrors Edge aura combo really sells it for me even more.The destruction is such a major plus as well
In TA the key should be a literal keycard players can pocket, and plant. The key literally nerfs the attackers. And makes players not play objective
I mean that's kind of the point of it too to make it difficult on you and not to mention you're supposed to rely on your teammates in this situation. Plus it wouldn't be that fair either
Using the dematerializer to steal vaults from teams from under them is a hilarious ass way to play. Some real bugs bunny type business. YOINK!!!!
i wish we got a medieval castle for s3, it wouldve played better imo, for what they had to work with for japan they did i think as good of a job as they could have, its not a bad map but the buildings can be frustrating to play in sometimes
I would agree but think we need to hold off on melle weapons for a little bit 🤣

I think it was either a Japanese theme or medieval castle theme so perhaps the next season will be in a medieval setting

I want each class to hypothetically be capable of playing the same role on a team, just doing so differently. Like I think heavy and light could be given items that swap their roles, not fundamentally, but the light could have decoy grenades to distract/tank damage, and I think heavy could have a rocket jumping item, so he takes damage to get light-esque movement

The finals has been my favourite since season 1 I was randomly looking for a new game and found the finals and man was I highly surprised the destruction the classes the aesthetic and not to mention the DRIP IN THIS GANE IS GODLY 😂😂😂 you could q hole video dedicated to the finals drip 😂
Im just excited for any new weapon skins like the wood versions or even the sniper that snaps a photo. Also i want rekon the riot shield should be able to shield surf using momentum

one of the only free fps that are worth spending more then 60 on. the skins are cool and the hard work they put into the game is worth it. lets just hope they dont fallow in apexs footsteps and charge $160 for a deathbox skin. u dont even get to see
I started playing this season, I put a lot of hours into it but now in my region it is S.A. there are no more world tour games and since it is not there to play, grind money quickly

I think people want a tdm mode so badly because tdm is made for solo queue players, they don’t necessarily want a “tdm” mode, they want more consideration for solo players
I think S4 will be futuristic. The intro to season 3 mentions that the Kyoto was supposed to be far future instead of a 1500s version. If I'm right, I'd like a plasma rifle
It's basically battlefield, dirty bomb and Apex cobimbed.
i feel that an amazing weapon would be an air strike. The announcers could say something like: “Oh no, CNS has hacked into the match and is throwing an attack”
Also, im surprised that we have maps that have built in jump pads and ziplines, but not like a built in gateway, serving the same purpose as a jump pad takes less time
Really loved this game from beta and was streaming since season 1, it had its up and downs but i wanna see it grow big or atleast i dont want it to go into same fps eSports drag game . Its so fun whenever i play with my friends.Just love it idk why developer are not promoting it properly i mean you dont have to make every game eSports ready, the concept is so unique that you can gather player base so easily but it gets boring if i play it daily, so i think once it gets like 3-4 more maps and some kind of fresh mode like 5v5 , Cashouts or just something around 5 but not like terminal attack because i hate that
i feel like the finals should have a pve mode as well

This game lacks tactical modern weapons that people are used to. iron sights on most guns just feels wack to most people who are used to customizable primary weapons in all of the other competitor games. It feels like Im using vintage weapons from decades ago.

I'm still sleeping on this game because it's still got no ffa/solo mode, If I can't play solo comfortably, then don't even talk to me.
(Because solo queue with teammates who don't comm is pure pain, especially in Europe)

@@harveycritchley4038yeah I know it still wouldn't be. Maybe could be fun but it does not need to add it now or maybe never. The problem with it is that the studio that embark is with Nexon. If they got a hold of a battle Royale they would force them to most likely focus on that and we don't need that
