Just sold for a record $3.6M! So glad his pieces were given the honor they respected and I hope to see some of his beautiful pieces on the red carpet in the coming years! ❤
@@wandaluyando5181Don’t say Bills! Because that was not true! He had a Gentleman’s agreement with two friends who bought the house he lived in and it wasn’t the fact that he was in financial distress it was certain things he personally had fixed in the house, roof, boiler etc…. The house only cost 1million which his lawyers settled for 995,000. People try to bring up bad things with people and it’s sad! And he lived his best life to the Fullest and didn’t have to sell ANYTHING HE HAS EVER OWNED BECAUSE HE DID NOT NEED TO!!! HE was not Broke At All Let’s get that straight!!! Well originally the auction was going to pay off his debts but Diane Avon Furstenburg paid them off. I suspect most of those things were gifted to him.
Oh thank you that was utter bull crap. She better thank him! He was the knowledge, research, fabulousness behind all of that and Anna Wintour knew it to!
#JohnPKee and #TylerPerry are the first guys I think of as regal enough to wear those garment and sport those trinkets. Please let the cream of Black America purchase his treasures
The first and most important rule when you are at a museum or an auction house is; DON"T TOUCH!! Sorry, but Deborah Roberts showed her poor and lacked manners, something that Andé knew very well. You can't buy class.
I hope some of his stuff goes in Museums. He is a legend and an icon. 👑🌹💎🕊🙏🏻❤️

The way the reporter was just free handing and being rough as ever with those oversized birkins.

I don't think he'd mind. But that Berkin is fab no? Not the cheap crap they're peddling nowadays.
You can't buy class and refinement. So which of both does Deborah lack.
Anna Wintour never, never ever mold Andre's career! The cheek!😡
