No this is not right. After each feed give burp to your baby for atleast 10 to 15minutes or even more. First go with home remedies. I already discuss all these things in this video. You can watch my video "how to burp your baby "

Most of time this is physiological condition due to excessive gas which improves spontaneously most of the time . Kindly burp the baby effectively. If not improve after burping then You can go through anticolic medicine under supervision of Pediatrician.
