Use english in writing, reading & speaking at a maximum level for atleast 2 months, you will see a drastic change in your communication and confidence.

Sir I am a Biomedical engineering student.... Next month TCS comming to hire students from our college in Chennai....TCS is a Computer science based company... Sir can u plz say how there will be a Questions for biomedical engineers or Non (cse, it) students in program level
They also ask only basic programming question which TCS feel every engineering students learning irrespective of any branch. They don't expect any kind of deep understanding about programming from another Branch students. In interview they can ask why TCS instead of biomedical engineering.
