Bro these are companies and clients based out of United States , Europe etc. Therefore possible language is English. We cannot talk in native language.
It will not affect your placement in any case only few companies having gap issue when they hire fresher. Otherwise no problem. But in interview u can be added this question so be prepared with reasonable answer which can justify you
