Before transfer there was no blood flow in the lining and the transfer cancelled 😢

Yes obviously. Follicular study is supposed to be incomplete without total evaluation of ovarian reserve , follicular maturation and uterine receptivity. Successful conception is a synchronized process .

The scoring system is especially established for selecting patients for embryo transfer. But you can incorporate it in regular follicular studies and give complete information.
