Hi sir..My 2 FET failed both done under HRT cycle (ecosprin+wysalone +heparin+susten inj).I have no embryos remaining.Again I have to start from beginning.I am so confused whether I have to go other hospital or same place they are doing only HRT protocol.We didn't do PGT-A but both are AA grade.Endometrial thickness also good 11mm.plz reply

Hello sir,,im undergoing ivf cycles…but when i started estradiol after oocyte retrieval My LFT reports are really bad,,sgpt,sgot was 400…after that we postponed our embryo transfer and waited to get my LFT normal…now its normal since 2months…now what options should we choose as i cant take eastradiol before FET…what is the best option for liver patients

It worked with modified natural cycle but her P4 always rises
With agonist cycle no egg forms and no endometrium
How to manage?

Dr.jay, for adenomyosis and endometriosis,before ET , we follow ultralong protocol with 3 doses of lup.depot ...is letrozole and regesterone better than that in terms of implantation ....

Hi sir, i am your patient done endometrosis and adenomyomectomy surgery in Jan 2023..after 4 months i went for scan for ET but after starting FET protocol endometrial thickness is not increasing ...day 19 th is showing 0.6 cm no triple line pattern pls suggest the way forward...
